Ability Lvl 1 Description: The user kicks of the ground 10 times in a blink of an eye, after that he's able to travel at 10 MPH. - this description is similar to Aphrodi's. If you are copying his stuff and rewording it, then this ability will not be allowed.
Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
- Soru can be used to dodge attacks - you mean Sonido not Soru.
- Soru can be combined with Devil fruit powers- you already mentioned under skill strength that you can combine it with DF power.make new strength.
- Enhances speed greatly +5 speed - for how long? 3 posts? if so, reword it to "Enhances speed of user by +5 for the duration of the ability." - Meaning you only gain +5 speed and will stay in effect as long as the ability is active.
Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
- Finesse goes down by 5. due moving so fast it's hard to keep up with your eyes. - reword it to Finesse goes down by 5 for the duration of the ability due to moving so fast.  
- When legs are immobilized he cannot use Sonido.
- -5 endurance because he can't keep this speed up.- reword it to -5 Reflex for the duration of this ability due to speed.

- Is able to use it at long range (20 ft max)
- Is able to use it instantly
- Is able to combine it with his DF - you already mentioned under skill strength that you can combine it with DF power.make new strength.
Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
- Close range attacks -5 - minus 5 what?
- When an opponent is within 5 meters, the user will also get damaged.
- Half damage versus heavy armour

Ability Lvl 1 Description: The user combines both Rankyuku and Soru to increase his speed and attack. - what kind of an attack? in my mind, you gain speed and quickly able to attack using your rankyuku - so kicking and punching.
Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
- Is able to move at a high speed ( 10MPH) - this is both soru and rankyuku ability. meaning this is offensive ability. instead of this, get new strength that maybe allows you to attack people or something. so - with high speed, skill user is able to attack opponents faster or something
- +5 speed due Soru - reword it to +5 speed for the duration of the ability due to Soru.
- + Can combine with devil fruit power. - again... you mentioned this under skill strength don't need to put it here again. make new strength.

Ability Lvl 1 Description: The user combines both Soru+ Smokey Blast - I will allow this if you are adding speed to your ability. so you can shoot out projectiles faster using soru. if this wasn't your intention. change it to new ability.
Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
- He combines his devil fruit power wit his Soru - not a strength. you already mentioned it in your ability description.
- Is able to move at a high speed and shoot out 5 projectiles. - It makes more sense for you to say you can shoot out your projectiles faster with Soru. change it.
- +5 speed due Soru - reword it to, speed added to your Smokey Blast ability due to Soru. +5 speed for the duration of this ability.
Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
- -5 Finesse due Soru - reword it to, Projectiles from Smokey Blast loose Finesse due to increase of speed. -5 Finesse for the duration of this ability.
- He can only shoot the projectiles from a distances - what? what distances? you already mentioned the max range of Smokey Blast is 15 meters. therefore this is not a weakness for this ability. unless you say, Smokey Blast max range shortens to 10 meters or something.
