    Skill Name: Gasu Gasu no Mi (Gas-Gas Fruit)
    Skill Type: Logia type Devil Fruit
    Skill Information: The Gasu Gasu no Mi is a Logia-type Devil Fruit that allows the user to create, manipulate, and transform into gas at will. Expanding on this power, the user has the ability to control any type of gas in his direct area (within 20 meters of himself) as well as absorb it into his body in order to take on the effects of that gas. The gas-gas fruit user also has the ability to take away gases such as oxygen from an immediate area around him in order to kill off fires as well as suffocate opponents. Because of the tests run on Cyril as a child, his gas-like body has been scientifically modified to be able to connect the brain waves of both himself and those that come into contact with the gas and to cause hallucinogenic effects however this pertains to a separate skill set than this one, this is merely a catalyst. (Originally Caesars gas was modified to be poisonous and explosive but i've decided to have my base gas have the aforementioned effects instead of a base of poison and explosiveness.)
    Skill Strengths:
    -User is able to turn their body into gas.
    -User is able to create and expel various types of gases.
    -User is able to absorb and retain gases.
    -User is able to manipulate their density at will.
    -User is resistant to the effects of and effects caused by gases such as poison, gas explosions etc. (+10 Endurance)

    -If his natural gas body is inhaled it will cause a psychedelic effect causing things to seem to swirl around in the targets head for 2 posts.
    Skill Weaknesses:
    -User can only manipulate gases up to 20 meters away from themselves.
    -Users body can only retain one type of gas at a time.
    -User is weak against wind element users (-10 endurance)
    -When in full gas form if the user is blown away by wind they will sustain damage but be able to reform.
    -The user is not immune to the effects of poison however, they are only resistant if it is in the form of poisonous gas.
    -Those with higher endurance than Cyril's intelligence cannot be effected by the psychedelic effect.
    -Typical Logia weaknesses such as Haki, water, seastone.


    Level 1 Abilities:

    Ability Lvl 1 Name: Oxygen drop
    Ability Lvl 1 Type: Area of effect
    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 5 posts
    Ability Lvl 1 Description: Cyril uses his control over gases around him in a 20 meter radius to be able to lower the level of Oxygen in the area to dangerous levels making it hard to breathe for anyone within the area except for himself which can cause an opponent to become dizzy if they stay within the 20 meter radius for too long. this ability lasts for 4 posts.
    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
    -Allows the user to stunt the capabilities of anyone around him by taking away their ability to breathe.
    -If an opponent stays in this effect for long enough they will become to lack of oxygen and lose -5 speed and strength.
    -After being in this area of effect for long enough time the anyone caught in it will become dizzy for 2 posts.

    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
    -Anyone outside of the 20 meter range will be able to breathe just fine.
    -If an opponent is able to escape the range of Oxygen drop before they pass out then they will be able to breathe once again.
    -Oxygen drop takes some degree on concentration on using the power of the Devil fruit in order to be used, being hit by projectiles, melee attacks etc. will cause this ability to be stopped.


    Ability Lvl 1 Name: Poison cloud
    Ability Lvl 1 Type: Offensive
    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 3 posts
    Ability Lvl 1 Description: Cyril Expels a puff of poisonous gas all around him in a 10 meter radius which expands into a large cloud around him. This poisonous gas can effect a target by being inhaled, ingested, snorted and even touched.This ability lasts for 3 posts.
    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
    -The poison can effect a target through various means making it easy to effect a target.
    -The poison will spread quickly to its maximum size within the first post of activation.
    -The poison deals damage based on how high an opponents endurance is, opponents with 30 or less endurance can be effected.

    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:

    -If an affected target escapes the poison cloud before the end of a full post (meaning they could start out in the poison but if they escape in that post) Then the duration of the poisoning will be cut in half.
    -After the cloud of poison has dissipated the poisoning effect of said poison does not persist on past the duration of the original ability its self.
    -A target with +10 more Endurance than Cyrils Intelligence will merely feel sick for the duration of the poisoning instead of actually getting poisoned and damaged.


    Ability Lvl 1 Name: Explosive gas
    Ability Lvl 1 Type: Offensive
    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 2 posts.
    Ability Lvl 1 Description: Cyril expels a wave of gray gas from his body (normally from his mouth or hands) at a target location. The gas it's self cannot explode but with the addition of fire it can become explosive. The fumes from the gas are toxic however and can be used without being exploded to cause an opponent to become nauseous and vomit.
    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
    -This gray gas can be used to cause explosions of size up to 5 meters.
    -If not being used as an explosive it can be used to make an opponent vomit and feel sick for one post if they inhale the gas.
    -The wave of gas covers a decently large size as it is a wave of gave 5 meters wide.

    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
    -Without fire this gray gas cannot be exploded.
    -Unless the gray gas in inhaled it will not make an opponent sick.
    -Once inside an opponents body (I.E. the gas ins Inhaled) it cannot be exploded from the inside of them.


    Ability Lvl 1 Name: Toxic touch/punch
    Ability Lvl 1 Type: Melee
    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown:3 posts.
    Ability Lvl 1 Description: Cyril surrounds his hand with a vile black gas that almost seems to look liquid in property, this gas is of acidic nature and eats away at things that it touches through contact time. This ability lasts for 2 posts.
    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
    -Light armor takes a single touch to be eaten away in the area of contact.
    -This gas causes a caustic burning type of damage when it comes into contact with an opponents skin that will sting for 2 posts after the wound is caused because it is a first degree burn.
    -This ability will lasts for a total of 2 posts and can be created around both hands.

    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
    -Because of the dangerous nature of this gas it cannot be created in large quantities thus limiting it to only a hand or two.
    -For medium armors it would take an entire posts duration of contact to be burned through. (level 1 armors)
    -Heavy grade armors cannot be burned through with a single use of this ability, it would have to be activated twice in order to burn through it.


    Ability Lvl 1 Name: Gas Jacket
    Ability Lvl 1 Type: Supportive
    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 6
    Ability Lvl 1 Description: Cyril turns his normal jacket into a puffier gas-made jacket which composes the gas that makes up his body. This offers no real defense against attacks but acts more as a trap in order to get his opponent to come into contact with the gas. Cyril is also able to expand outwards in all directions around him up to 10 meters if he so wishes though if he does this he cannot recollect his Jacket. This ability lasts for 5 posts.
    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
    -Acts a trap for Cyril to set for his opponents.
    -Is rather fancy in terms of cosmetic looks but is equally dangerous because of its use in combination with Cyrils secondary abilities.
    -This will work with his passive if punched, inhaled etc.

    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
    -The robe, while a little bit puffier than his actual jacket is not that big still and would require the attacker to touch or inhale part of the jacket for effects to take place. (This pertains to secondary abilities also.)
    -Wind type techniques can blow away this robe.
    -If the robe is blown away by wind techniques it cannot be recollected for 2 posts though even after recollection this does not reset the duration of the ability( I.E. after 2 posts of activation it gets blown away he could recollect it on the fourth post but it still would only last for 1 more posts.

    -This ability can be used for up to 4 posts and the user can move while using it.
    - you can just put duration: 4 posts under skill description or next to CD, make new strength.

    - how much more intelligence do you need to have over their endurance? Also, be minded that being immune to poison or how much damage a player takes will solely based on their endurance. so i suggest you say something like works best with players with 30 endurance or above. something like that. of course it you don't have to follow the example.

    -After 3 posts the poison will dissipate. - again put the duration under ability description or next to CD. This is not applicable weakness as since of course if the duration of ability is done, all the effect of this ability will be gone.

Unless you mentioned otherwise under ability strength that CERTAIN opponents will be still be effected by it after the duration of this ability, this weakness is not applicable since like i mentioned in first weakness.

    -For medium armors it would take an entire posts duration of contact to be burned through. (level 1 armors) - entire posts duration? what is the max duration of this ability? if it is two, what is the difference between this and your third weakness? its pretty much the same.
    -For heavy armors it would take two posts of complete contact for it to be burned through. (level 1 armors) - two posts? if so put the duration of this ability under skill description or next to CD.

    Ability Lvl 1 Description: Cyril replaces his normal jacket with a puffier gas-made jacket which composes the gas that makes up his body. This offers no real defense against attacks but acts more as a trap in order to get his opponent to come into contact with the gas. Cyril is also able to explode the gas (not like fire explosion) outwards in all directions around him up to 10 meters - take the explode the gas outward .. 10 meters thing. This is supportive not a offensive ability. if he so wishes though if he does this he cannot recollect his robe.
    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
    -Acts a trap for Cyril to set for his opponents.
    -Is rather fancy in terms of cosmetic looks but is equally dangerous. - make new strength. This isn't a strength. Although the part it says "it equally dangerous" is. if so how dangerous?
    -This will work with his passive if punched, inhaled etc.

    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
    -The robe, while a little bit puffier than his actual jacket is not that big still and would require melee range to have an enemy touch it. - first, what robe? you mean a jacket? two. reword this to, this ability only works when opponents actually touches the skill user. or something like that.
    -Wind type techniques can blow away this robe.
    -If the robe is blown away by wind techniques it cannot be recollected for 2 posts.
    - 2 posts? the CoolDown for this ability is 6 posts. change it.

    This is an ability I simply included that it is possible within the description.

    Whatever type of damage is dealt by the specific wind type of attack used on me.

    -The user is not immune to the effects of poison however, they are only immune if it is in the form of poisonous gas. - being immune to something requires high endurance. I do understand that since you are a gas person, you can be immune to all types of gas, however like i mentioned, it requires endurance for a player to be 'immune' against something. therefore i suggest you to change it.
    I have changed it to state that I am resistant however, the latter part of this was merely to reiterate the resistance, I am in no way resistant to poisons made of liquid such as the one from the poison-poison fruit.

    For your first one, from what i was told, you can't create an ability that isn't part of your skill. For example lets look at my skill. One of strength is that I can use logia and zoan type abilities. If i didn't put this under my SKILL strength, then if I create an ability that allows me to, it will be denied because it is not a skill strength.

    I don't really understand the point of that because even before I stated that I technically can already do that within the actual wikia definition of this devil fruit, that would fall under the category of 'Manipulating gases'

    This is apposed to turning his whole body into this gas or expelling a whole lot of it, he can only create enough to cover two hands.

    Skill Strengths:

    Sure you already know, Just letting you know, whatever you put down under skill strength are things you can use it to create an ability. It will not be something that effects opponents or skill user directly, but rather allowing you to make an ability that allows you to do such a thing. (Of course if it was like, stat boost against certain element, then its a different story). This apply to weakness as well.

    -User is able to turn their body into gas.
    -User is able to create and expel various types of gases.
    -User is able to absorb and retain gases.
    -User is able to manipulate their density at will.
    -User is resistant to the effects of and effects caused by gases such as poison, gas explosions etc. (+10 Endurance) - take out the gas explosions. Fire should be one of your biggest weakness.

    -If his natural gas body is inhaled it will cause a psychedelic effect causing things to seem to swirl around in the targets head for 2 posts. - take out 2 posts. Letting you know you need to make an ability that allows you to do so. Or put in under the ability strength.
    Skill Weaknesses:

    -User can only manipulate gases up to 20 meters away from themselves.
    -Users body can only retain one type of gas at a time.
    -User is weak against wind element users (-10 endurance)
    -When in full gas form if the user is blown away by wind they will sustain damage but be able to reform.
    -The user is not immune to the effects of poison however, they are only resistant if it is in the form of poisonous gas.
    -Those with higher endurance than Cyril's intelligence cannot be effected by the psychedelic effect. - sounds like an ability weakness.
    -Typical Logia weaknesses such as Haki, water, seastone.


    Level 1 Abilities:

    Ability Lvl 1 Name: Oxygen drop
    Ability Lvl 1 Type: Area of effect
    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 5 posts - change it to 6 posts.
    Ability Lvl 1 Description: Cyril uses his control over gases around him in a 20 meter radius to be able to lower the level of Oxygen in the area to dangerous levels making it hard to breathe for anyone within the area except for himself which can cause an opponent to become dizzy if they stay within the 20 meter radius for too long. this ability lasts for 4 posts.
    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
    -Allows the user to stunt the capabilities of anyone around him by taking away their ability to breathe. - take it out. Your second strength covers its.
    -If an opponent stays in this effect for long enough they will become to lack of oxygen and lose -5 speed and strength. - for how long? for the duration of this ability? also how much is "for long enough"??
    -After being in this area of effect for long enough time the anyone caught in it will become dizzy for 2 posts.- again how long is "long enough"

    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:

    Weakness need to be balanced. Compare to your strength, this is nothing.

    -Anyone outside of the 20 meter range will be able to breathe just fine.
    -If an opponent is able to escape the range of Oxygen drop before they pass out then they will be able to breathe once again.
    -Oxygen drop takes some degree on concentration on using the power of the Devil fruit in order to be used, being hit by projectiles, melee attacks etc. will cause this ability to be stopped. - some degree on concentration? what is some degree, you could say it takes one post to charge up this ability and use it.


    Ability Lvl 1 Name: Poison cloud
    Ability Lvl 1 Type: Offensive
    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 3 posts - change this to 4 posts.
    Ability Lvl 1 Description: Cyril Expels a puff of poisonous gas all around him in a 10 meter radius which expands into a large cloud around him. This poisonous gas can effect a target by being inhaled, ingested, snorted and even touched.This ability lasts for 3 posts.
    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
    -The poison can effect a target through various means making it easy to effect a target.
    -The poison will spread quickly to its maximum size within the first post of activation.
    -The poison deals damage based on how high an opponents endurance is, opponents with 30 or less endurance can be effected. - reword this to, opponents whose endurance is less than skill user's intelligence will suffer from *whatever the effect is* for one post.(or for the duration of this ability)

    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:

    -If an affected target escapes the poison cloud before the end of a full post (meaning they could start out in the poison but if they escape in that post) Then the duration of the poisoning will be cut in half. - so its 1.5 post? instead of saying cut in half, change it to cut down to one post.
    -After the cloud of poison has dissipated the poisoning effect of said poison does not persist on past the duration of the original ability its self.
    -A target with +10 more Endurance than Cyrils Intelligence will merely feel sick for the duration of the poisoning instead of actually getting poisoned and damaged.


    Ability Lvl 1 Name: Explosive gas
    Ability Lvl 1 Type: Offensive
    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 2 posts.
    Ability Lvl 1 Description: Cyril expels a wave of gray gas from his body (normally from his mouth or hands) at a target location. The gas it's self cannot explode but with the addition of fire it can become explosive. The fumes from the gas are toxic however and can be used without being exploded to cause an opponent to become nauseous and vomit.
    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
    -This gray gas can be used to cause explosions of size up to 5 meters.
    -If not being used as an explosive it can be used to make an opponent vomit and feel sick for one post if they inhale the gas.
    -The wave of gas covers a decently large size as it is a wave of gave 5 meters wide.

    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
    -Without fire this gray gas cannot be exploded.
    -Unless the gray gas in inhaled it will not make an opponent sick.
    -Once inside an opponents body (I.E. the gas ins Inhaled) it cannot be exploded from the inside of them.


    Ability Lvl 1 Name: Toxic touch/punch
    Ability Lvl 1 Type: Melee
    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown:3 posts. - change it to 4 posts.
    Ability Lvl 1 Description: Cyril surrounds his hand(s) with a vile black gas that almost seems to look liquid in property, this gas is of acidic nature and eats away at things that it touches through contact time. This ability lasts for 2 posts.
    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
    -Light armor takes a single touch to be eaten away in the area of contact.
    -This gas causes a caustic burning type of damage when it comes into contact with an opponents skin that will sting for 2 posts after the wound is caused because it is a first degree burn.
    -This ability will lasts for a total of 2 posts and can be created around both hands. - take this out, your skill description covers it.

    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
    -Because of the dangerous nature of this gas it cannot be created in large quantities thus limiting it to only a hand or two. - you already said in the description that user surrounds his hands to perform this ability, therefore, you mentioning it is only limited to had or two is not a weakness.
    -For medium armors it would take an entire posts duration of contact to be burned through. (level 1 armors)
    -Heavy grade armors cannot be burned through with a single use of this ability, it would have to be activated twice in order to burn through it.


    Ability Lvl 1 Name: Gas Jacket
    Ability Lvl 1 Type: Supportive
    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 6
    Ability Lvl 1 Description: Cyril turns his normal jacket into a puffier gas-made jacket which composes the gas that makes up his body. This offers no real defense against attacks but acts more as a trap in order to get his opponent to come into contact with the gas. Cyril is also able to expand outwards in all directions around him up to 10 meters if he so wishes though if he does this he cannot recollect his Jacket. This ability lasts for 5 posts.
    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
    -Acts a trap for Cyril to set for his opponents.
    -Is rather fancy in terms of cosmetic looks but is equally dangerous because of its use in combination with Cyrils secondary abilities.
    -This will work with his passive if punched, inhaled etc.

    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
    -The robe, while a little bit puffier than his actual jacket is not that big still and would require the attacker to touch or inhale part of the jacket for effects to take place. (This pertains to secondary abilities also.)
    -Wind type techniques can blow away this robe.
    -If the robe is blown away by wind techniques it cannot be recollected for 2 posts though even after recollection this does not reset the duration of the ability( I.E. after 2 posts of activation it gets blown away he could recollect it on the fourth post but it still would only last for 1 more posts.
