    Skill Name: Zūmu-zūmu no Mi (Zoom-Zoom Fruit)
    Skill Type: Paramecia Devil Fruit
    Skill Information: this Devil Fruit grants the one who eats it to move and react at blinding speeds and accelerate all aspects of his body. To avoid and self damage due to air friction his body produces an bio electrical current which produces a protective aura that similar to a Higgs Boson Field this protective field protects him from small particle and objects he may come in contact with while he is running such as sand, bugs for example but only while moving. Since the field is generated from an his bio electrical current it will also redirect any ranged electrical attacks to be moved around him but if he was struck with a physical electrical attack he would take an increased damage but while at the same time it would strengthen his own current making it stronger.

    - +10 to Speed and Reflex only when in battle or being shot at against opponents of the neutral, air or fire element.
    - Has a Major resistance to ranged electrical attacks and air friction based attacks due to his bio electrical field.
    (-10 endurance when hit with a physical electrical attacks for the first hit only.)
    -Healing Factor due to accelerated cell regeneration. (+5 endurance when in battle with opponents of the air or fire element.)
    - Increased force upon impact of an attack due to speed when attacks strike (+5 strength when in battle opponents of the neutral fire or air element.)
    - the user is able to run up walls and objects


    - Sea and Sea Stone, will leave any Fruit user powerless under prolonged exposure.
    - If his opponent has a higher reflex then his speed and if they counter attacks his opponent's strike will do more damage due to the velocity he is traveling at. (-5 endurance when opponents reflex is higher.)
    - Due to his bio electrical field, water attacks will do extra damage to him. (-5 endurance when hit with water or earth attacks or in shallow water.)
    - Physical electrical attacks do massive damage the first time round.
    (-10 endurance when hit with a physical electrical attacks for the first hit only.)
    - He isn't strong enough to break metal and he isn't able to kick, punch or strike a liquid and deliver a full force strike as it would simply absorb it. (-10 strength when attacking some one with earth or water powers)

To the blind eye or those with not fast enough reflex's would see the user disappear and reappear the moment the punch made contact or a short distance behind his target if he misses.

    - its a level 1 punch with Speed.
    - It is able to knock back the target a meter or two
    - The Punch is usually to fast for the naked eye to be seen coming.

    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
    -Rapid fire punches but usually 3 - 5 only hit.
    - To the Naked eye these barrage of strikes are hard to be seen because of the speed
    - Each is a level 1 punch or kick with Speed

    - This attack can't be redirected and takes up a lot of his energy to use or to even stop using.
    - After this attack the user loses -5 endurance for the next post

    Ability Lvl 1 Description: After the user strikes somebody the user then redirects the force of his moving body's momentum to send themselves in a different direction, shooting them through the air at a speed too fast for the human eye to see instead of running to one of the user's opponent and striking them each time this allows him to keep and increase the momentum and overall impact of the attack. he can do this to three people at one time. he can also use this when he is about to come into impact with an object such as a wall to avoid crashing into them.
    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
    -It can be used as a way to change direction quickly
    -The user usually attacks too fast to be seen by those around the watching and to the normal human eye.
    - its a level 1 punch, kick or strike with speed.

    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
    -One he ricochets off one thing he can't change direction until he touches the ground again being he could easily fly overboard a ship if he used it carelessly.
    - as he is regaining his footing after being in the air he losses -5 reflex for one post after use
    - this ability is rendered useless if his opponent has a reflex higher then the users own speed and reflex as the target could just move out of the way.

    Ability Lvl 1 Name: Zūmu-zūmu no Kaze no muchi
    Ability Lvl 1 Type: Melee mid/long ranged (15 - 40 metres)
    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 4
    Ability Lvl 1 Description: the user vibrates one of their limbs so fast that it effects the air around it causing it to move around the limb forming a tornado like wind tunnel around the limb, the user then makes a swiping motion with the wind covered limb in a wide circle, causing the wind tunnel to extend to as long as 40 metres striking multiple foes with a chance of knocking or blowing them back 5 feet at most.
    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
    - It has an extremely wide field of attack.
    - it is a level 1 strike attack with speed of the wind element
    - it has a chance of a knock back effect

    [Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
    - it isn't as powerful or effective if the target is standing at 10 metres or les near him.
    - once it exceeds over 25 metres it can't be redirected and becomes extremely difficult to control.
    - due to the vibrations in his limb he will be jittery for a short while afterwards. -5 finesse for one post after this is used.


    Ability Lvl 1 Name: Zūmu-zūmu no Double
    Ability Lvl 1 Type: Support  
    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 3
    Ability Lvl 1 Description: The user travels faster then the human eye can see between two places with a short distance of each other, he moves between the two locations it would look like a second user has appeared. Both other these users look like they can act independently and both look real, though if you attack one you might not hit the user.
    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
    -makes it look like the user has cloned himself leading lots of room for deception and play out a counter strike now that the user has a fifty fifty chance of not being hit.
    - The user usually attacks too fast to be seen by those around the watching and to the normal human eye.
    - as this skill takes up a lot of focus he gains +5 Finesse during an attack while this is active.
    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
    - this ability is rendered useless if his opponent has a reflex higher then the users own speed and reflex.
    - This skill tires the user out quickly meaning he can only keep it up for two posts max
    - This skill tires the user out quickly meaning he can he will lose -5 endurance for one post after use

Once it made impact the person on the receiving end would feel two palm strikes at once with the strength equal to a cannon ball then followed by getting hit with a huge sonic wave at point black range spreading the pain of the palm strikes all over the body and launching them far away into the sky(How far up to the sky?) opposite to the site they here struck from. To the blind eye or those with not fast enough reflex's would see the user disappear and reaper(Reappear) the moment the palm strikes make contact made contact or a short distance behind his target if he misses. (Reword this)

    - its an insanely powerful strike that will knock the target almost a mile after being hit. (Nooooo. Take this out. there is no way a level 1 technique can knock someone half a mile or more, and plus if they had a technique like that then the cool down would probably be above 10. )

    Ability Lvl 1 Description: the user vibrates one of their limbs so fast that it effects the air around it causing it to move around the limb forming a tornado like wind tunnel around the limb, the user then makes a swiping motion with the wind covered limb in a wide circle, causing the wind tunnel to extend to as long as 40 metres striking multiple foes with a chance of knocking or blowing them back 5 feet at most.
    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
    - It has an extremely wide field of attack.
    - it is a level 1 strike attack with speed of the wind element
    - it has a chance of a knock back effect

    [Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
    - it isn't as powerful or effective if the target is standing at 10 metres or les near him.
    - once it exceeds over 25 metres it can't be redirected and becomes extremely difficult to control.
    - due to the vibrations in his limb he will be jittery for a short while afterwards. -5 finesse for one post after this is used.

    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 3
    Ability Lvl 1 Description: The user travels faster then the human eye can see between two places with a short distance of each other, he moves between the two locations it would look like a second user has appeared. Both other these users look like they can act independently and both look real, though if you attack one you might not hit the user.
    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
    -makes it look like the user has cloned himself leading lots of room for deception and play out a counter strike now that the user has a fifty fifty chance of not being hit.
    - The user usually attacks too fast to be seen by those around the watching and to the normal human eye.
    - as this skill takes up a lot of focus he gains +5 Finesse during an attack while this is active.
    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
    - this ability is rendered useless if his opponent has a reflex higher then the users own speed and reflex.
    - This skill tires the user out quickly meaning he can only keep it up for two posts max
    - This skill tires the user out quickly meaning he can he will lose -5 endurance for one post after use
