    Skill Name: oliver self created style
    Skill Type: sword style
    Skill Information:the oliver self created style specializes on giving the user the ability to create a simple, yet effective style to compliment their personality.

    Skill Strengths:
    -it allows the user to create and adjust a perfect way for the user to attacking and defending.
    -while using one sword he is able to move faster, react quicker for a longer period of time. speed, and reflex +5 each.
    -the users weapons are sheath 70% of battle. During the process of taking the sword out of its sheath and placing it back, While in the act of quickly drawing and returning it into its sheath his weapon. Speed +5
    -The user could use up to two swords with this style, but only after reaching lvl 2.
    Skill Weaknesses:
    -this style can only be used with a bladed weapon which is longer than than 3 feet
    -Performing lvl 2 abilities drop finesse by -5, lvl 3 abilities drop finesse and speed by -5 each.
    -if the user attacks without placing the sword back into the sheath. -5 strength.
    -The user's is at the mercy of mid and long ranged users.
    Ability Lvl 1 Name:drawing art: flicker
    Ability Lvl 1 Type:melee
    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown:2 post
    Ability Lvl 1 Description:this attack comes from a relax state with the body, the eyes must be closed when using this move. The user will grip their sword's hilt tightly, at an instants notice the user will draw their sword making a quick slash into the air, Then place the sword back into its sheath.
    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
    -during the process of this move the user speed increases by +10.
    -This move could be used to deflect or block incoming weapons.
    -if the users speed and finesse is over the opponents reflex by 5 each, the user could target any below the collarbone and above the hips. (This doesn't include the heart of another members character.)
    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
    -This move Can only be used on enemies or objects in front of the arm length. The farthest this move could go is 4 feet (melee/short range ).
    -This move could be dodge by moving out of the reach of the swords length, or closer to the user, thus blocking the user from drawing his sword. if an opponent has +10 more reflex than the user's speed, the opponent can dodge it. 
    -The user can't use this move while he/she is moving towards a direction.
    -This move can't be used without relax

    Ability Lvl 1 Name:relax
    Ability Lvl 1 Type:self support
    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown:3 post
    Ability Lvl 1 Description:this move is considered the basic for quick drawing of sword, the user must shut their eyes and breath deeply.
    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
    -the user is in the state of relax. +5 Reflex
    -the user next post could be used offensively or defensively.
    -if this move is used twice in the same mission/fight, it would be consider stacked
    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
    -Cause the user to close their eyes
    -the user must Be static. -5 speed
    -the user is vulnerable to mid to long range attacks.

    Ability Lvl 1 Name:bloom
    Ability Lvl 1 Type:melee
    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown:
    Ability Lvl 1 Description:this move can't be used without relax. The user could use several strikes fast than the normal eye could see, these strike are normally aim on the torso is the opponent. The distance of this move is approximately 5 feet
    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
    -The user does several high speed strikes. +5 speed
    -The user also gain +5 strength since the faster you move, the harder it hits.
    -the user could turn this from a short range to a mid range attack by using one relax to cut something, and the other to slice it away from them causing chunks of the cut object to become projected weapons.
    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
    -relax must've been used more than once.
    -the user move at a speed that his body is unfamiliar with. -5 Endurance (this rebuff is returned depending on the amount of stack relax used. 1 post * every relax)
    -If this ability is used, the user must use every stacked relax he owns during the battle.

    Ability Lvl 1 Name:liar
    Ability Lvl 1 Type:melee
    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown:3
    Ability Lvl 1 Description: the user will pretend to preform flicker, at the movement of their opponent coming to stop them, they'd use the pommal to aim for the opponents stomach, if the opponents moves out of their range they would lean their body forward and prepare a to slash their opponent's stomach
    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
    -while lunging the users body forward +5 speed
    -While using the pummel to thrust into his opponents stomach +5 strength
    -If used correctly the use would have trick the opponents to either stop or dodge his flicker.
    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
    -The opponent must have seen him use flicker
    - since his eyes are shut closed he loses -10 Reflex
    -this will not work if the target is hidden or in the distance of mid range and further.

    Ability Lvl 1 Name:first degree Dragon slash
    Ability Lvl 1 Type: melee
    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown:3
    Ability Lvl 1 Description:the user tightens their grip on the blade, they thrust the blade forward, after thrusting they would spin the hilt of the blade create a hole in the targeted area.
    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
    -This move could be used to destroy)
    -The user gains +5 strength while turning the blade
    -This move could be used to take down iron doors and walls.

    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
    -While turning the blade to make the hole the user -5 endurance for 2 post.
    -This move could be dodge by someone with a reflex 10 higher than the user.
    -if targeted from mid-range and longer the user is considered vulnerable to the attack.

    Using two sword or three sword is a whole new set of skills. Therefore, it won't be allowed. However, you can put it as a skill strength. If you decide to do that, of course the number of your skill strength will be more, meaning more weakness for your skill. Also, make sure you register those swords at appropriate time. Since you can't do two sword tech when you only have one.

    -the user can't wield two different types of swords (ex. A katana and a tachi) - this is not a skill weakness. how would the fact that you can't wield two different types of swords affect your abilities?
    -Performing lvl 2 abilities drop finesse by -5, lvl 3 abilities drop finesse and speed by -5 each.
    -This style does not allow the use of any other weapon but Japanese made swords. (ex. Chokutō, Tachi, Ōdachi, Katana, etc.) - this is basically the same as the first one. make new weakness.

    You need at least 3 Strength.

    -This move Can only be used in on enemies or objects in front of the arm length. - be specific. give me a measure. also keep in mind you have a sword with you, meaning, the length will be longer since you are adding the sword length and your arm length.
    -This move could be dodge by moving out of the reach of the swords length, or closer to the user, thus blocking the user from drawing his sword. Reflex -10 - reword this to, if an opponent has +!0 more reflex than the user's speed, the opponent can dodge it.
    -The user can't use this move while he/she is moving towards a direction.
    -This move can't be used without relax

    -the user is vulnerable to mid to long range attack (47.7 inches and further) - 47.7 inches is 4ft. no that mid range is about 20~27 meters, long range is about 27~35 meters. note that 20 meters is about 60 ft. Therefore, 47.7 inches is short range. Change the range or just take out the parenthesis.

    -to dodge this move the person would have to lower their body wieght below the users waist. - this is not a ability weakness. make new one.

    Ability Lvl 1 Name:dragon's roar
    Ability Lvl 1 Type:ranged
    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown:3
    Ability Lvl 1 Description:the user begins to slowly move backwards, it is soon followed by him throwing his blade into the air, drawing is opponents attention to the blade, he'd run away into the direction he was backing off to. - since this is range, specify the max range in meters or ft.
    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
    -this give him a chance to leave the battlefield if badly injured.
    -If used while the sun is out it will become hard for his opponent to chase him. +5 finesse, +5 speed - take out +5 finesse and speed. I don't see how you will gain those when sun is out. it will make more sense if the opponent lose those stats.
    -this could be used to let other members of his crew leave.
    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
    -his sword must be broken for him to use this move. -10 intelligence - make new weakness, this one is not an ability weakness
    -the user or someone in the users crew must have really low health in order for this move to be used. - take it out, not a ability weakness.
    -if it is dark this move won't work.

    Also know that ability Dragon's Roar, since you are throwing your blade up in the air to flee, that means you will no long have that blade. Meaning, you can't use that blade no more after using this ability. Also know that to break someone's blade, it will take more than couple hits. Consider these information in making your ability.

    Also make sure to register a blade. You can't use sword tech without a blade. 10 Endurance will get you one equipment (such as, armor or weapon)
