    Skill Name:Card throwing

    Skill Type: Playing Cards

    Skill Information: The user uses Cards instead of throwing knifes. These are harder to use then normal knifes and thus user makes up for the lack in strength with steel wires attached to the cards. The wires go down into his belt that has spools of steel wires. The user can get rid of the wires when ever he needs to.

    Skill Strengths:
    - The cards are connected to wires that can do light cuts.

    - The Cards can fly thought the air easier then knifes. ( knifes dont go as far because there heavier and wider then cards and cards can go farther because there lighter and thinner )

    - Cards can slip through tight and small areas.

    Skill Weaknesses:
    - Cards cannot pierece armor through regular means.

    - Wires can become tangled

    - The cards can be easily burned

    Ability Lvl 1 Name: Spider Web

    Ability Lvl 1 Type: supplementary Mid range

    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 5 duration 2

    Ability Lvl 1 Description: User sends cards all around his/her opponent and uses there wires to ensnare the Enemy limiting there movements in an Entanglement of wires. The user can add haki to use this on logia Devil fruits.

    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
    - Ensnares the enemy limiting his/her movements for 2 posts (User Binds there arms to there body or legs together.)

    - Movement in the field can cause small cuts in the flesh, opponent bleeds out

    - Inhibits field of vision for marksmen or mid range based attacks

    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
    - Opponent can be burned though if the opponent can emit enough heat.

    - The wires can conduct heat that can be sent though the wires to the user and burn them if the do not detach there wires fast enough. if burned -10 finnese for 1 post

    - Players with superior finnese can cut through wires. ( 20 point Fin Adv )




    Ability Lvl 1 Name:Wire Puppet

    Ability Lvl 1 Type:Supplementary mid range

    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 5 posts duration 2 posts

    Ability Lvl 1 Description: The user throws a card at the opponent that if it makes contact attaches wires onto enemy's then the user controls them like a puppet to attack or defend. (cannot be used on players without consent.)

    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
    - User can control body's dead or not.

    - User can have the person controlled to fight beyond there limits, or say if there unconscious they can be controlled and made to be able to fight.

    - The user can use body's as human shields in which he can counter attack after the enemy runs out of ammo and has to reload.

    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
    - If the person has a higher strength then the user the opponent can break free.

    - Fire based logia users can burn through the steel restraints (-10 Strength for one post)

    - Unless the intial card makes contact, enemy cannot be controlled by steel strings




    Ability Lvl 1 Name: Binding card

    Ability Lvl 1 Type: supplementary mid range

    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown:5 duration 1

    Ability Lvl 1 Description:the user uses a bunch of invisible strings that are tied into the card. upon contact, the invisible strings spring out and wrap around the target directly infront of them.

    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
    - Limits opponent's movements and response time

    - Can disam opponents using weapons temporialy ( - 10 Finese for one post)

    - Limits enemy's field of motion within 5 meters of restraint.

    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
    - Unless the intial card makes contact, enemy cannot be controlled by steel strings

    - Enemy with superior strength can break restraints easily. ( 20 point Str adv.)

    - restraints can not stop opponent's motion only inhibit it




    Ability Lvl 1 Name:Rain of cards

    Ability Lvl 1 Type: offensive Mid to long range

    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown:6

    Ability Lvl 1 Description:User throws multiple cards up into the air that rain down onto the opponent.

    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
    - Cards fall into an area of 5 meters.

    - Can cause minor cuts.

    - The multiple cards falling down are hard to block unless you have a shield or are in cover.

    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
    - is easily blocked if the opponent has a shield or has something above them that can block the cards.

    - with how high you throw these you cannot use them indoors or else they hit the
    ceiling.

    - The cards trajectory can be changed if an enemy uses wind.

    - The cards can be easily burned




    Ability Lvl 1 Name:Wire pull

    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
    - An enemy can send a shock though the steel wires and shock the user if they do not detach their wires fast enough. if shocked -10 finnese for 1 post -This weakness and number 2 are pretty much the same.. Remove one of them and explain the -10 finesse.

    - The wires can conduct heat that can be sent though the wires to the user and burn them if the do not detach there wires fast enough. if burned -10 finnese for 1 post -Read weakness number 1.

    - Players with superior finnese can cut through wires. -'superior finesse', Tell us how much finesse difference.

    - Players with superior finnese can cut through wires. ( 20 point Fin Adv ) -20 finesse to just cut through the wires? 20 is too much in my opinion, lower it to 10 and you're fine to go.

    - Limits enemy's field of motion within 5 meters of restraint. -This is basically the same as your first weakness.
