    Skill Name: Potaru Potaru no Mi

    Skill Type: Paramecia

    Skill Information: Potaru Potaru no Mi is a paramecia-type devil fruit that allows the user to create portals from there body, and these portals are connected to eachother in a way that if an object was thrown into one, it would come out of the other in an instant. The user can create portals in all shapes and sizes, being able to create the perfect-fitting one for the right time. Each portal created has a "face" on one side, and things that go through it and out of come through only that side, so if anything touch the other side, it would either break the portal or bluntly bounce off of it. Each portal is blue, and the "face" side of them has a purple outline.  Also, a person looking closely enough can see from one "face" what is ever beyond the other "face." Portals take 2 Lvl.1 hits to break.

    Skill Strengths:
    - The user can travel across long distances by just jumping through one of the portals.

    - The user can defend himself by sending on-coming attacks through another portal.

    - The user in some cases can make more than two portals, allowing for more objects to be teleported at a time.

    - Portals are extra resistant against earth and light-affiliated skills, so it takes twice as much damage to destroy most portals, which is four Lvl.1 hits.

    Skill Weaknesses:
    - A portal can be destroyed if it is attacked on the side that is not the "face." Usually one Lvl.1 slash with a sword, or a really strong Lvl.1 punch is all that is needed to destroy it. A person could also break the portal by striking it on it's edges. People can also grab the edges and move them around.

    - A portal can only have other objects pass through it, they can't go through anything, and the only thing it can really break through is glass. For example, a portal cannot phase through a ship, since there are parts of it that are tangible.

    - The devil fruit makes it so that the user cannot swim, and the user cannot use his powers in the sea.

    - Portals are especially weak to Fire and Darkness type-techniques. While usually it takes an actual attack to break most portals, so much as a touch from fire or darkness-affiliated skills will make the portal dissipate, which is essentially one Lvl.1 hit.

    Lvl 1 Abilities:
    Ability Lvl 1 Name: Portal: Average-Sized Circles

    Ability Lvl 1 Type: Support Mid/Long Range 0-40 Meters

    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 2 Post Duration; 4 post Cooldown

    Ability Lvl 1 Description: Axel forms from his body, two flat circle-shaped portals with a length of 5 feet in diameter. These two portals are connected to each other, so anything that goes through one portal comes out of the other. things can only come in and out of the "face" of the portal, so anything dangerous that  comes in contact with the other side of the portal could potentially destroy it. Each portal can move around in the air or the ground, and can move at up to 2-6 every two seconds. The range that the portals can get away from Axel is 40 meters.  

    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
    - Axel moves the portals with his own mind, so if he becomes immobile, he could still move them.

    - The user can use these portals to avoid attacks, such as bullets, in which they would go through a portal defending the user, and out of the other, and if the other portal's "face" was facing the enemies, the bullets would go right back to the enemies.

    - The portals can fly around at 2-6 meters every two seconds, allowing one to get to a certain location fast enough, and the user could jump through the other, allowing for him to cross long distances with having to run to the location himself.

    Ability Lvl 1 Description: Axel forms, from his body, two purple spheres 2 feet in diameter. These spheres can move on ground and in the air with a speed of 2-6 meters every two seconds, and a range of 40 meters. By shutting both of his fists real tight, Axel makes both of the spheres expand to 10 meters in diameter at the same time, and anything caught within the expansion gets switched over to the other Sphere's location. Once the spheres have fully expanded themselves, the switch occurs in an instant, and the spheres dissipate, revealing what was switched. If the spheres are so much as touched before they expand, they dissipate.

    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
    - Axel moves the portals with his own mind, so if he becomes immobile, he could still move them.

    - Axel can use these spheres to transfer any person who is a threat in a certain position to a more level area that he can attack the enemy

    - These sphere can catch multiple people in them, and in some cases can be uses to save a bunch of people from an on-coming attack.

    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
    - These spheres once expanded cannot separate any object from a part of itself, so it has to reach the entirety of an object to switch it over to the other sphere, for example, Axel can not separate a part of a ship from itself, and can only switch it over if he catches the whole ship in the sphere.  

    - The spheres cannot instantly teleport to their destination, so the user would not always be able to escape a situation fast enough.


    - If a sphere is touched at all before it expands, it will dissipate.


    Ability Lvl 1 Name: Portal eyes

    Ability Lvl 1 Type: Support Mid/Long Range 0-40 Meters

    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 1 post Duration; 3 post Cooldown

    Ability Lvl 1 Description: Axel forms, from his body, 2 purple sphere-shaped portals 2 inches in diameter that can fly around at 2-6 meters every two seconds, with a range of 40 meters. Once the spheres have been made, Axel's eyes begin to glow purple, because his eyes have been partially transferred inside of the moving spheres. This way, Axel can see things far away from him, without having to move himself.

    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
    - Axel can only create one sphere if he wanted to, making it so only one of his eyes are moving around, while keeping the other eye inside of his body, so that he can see in front of himself, and far away at the same time.

    - Axel moves the spheres with his own mind, so if he becomes immobile, he could still move them.

    - The spheres can fly around at 2-6 meters every two seconds.

    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
    - In this state, Axel can only see through the moving spheres, so if they are far away from him, he will not be able to see in front of himself, or his surroundings.

    - If the spheres are touched, they dissipate, and Axel's eyes are transferred back to his own body.

    - The spheres cannot instantly teleport to their destination, so Axel would have to make them move with his mind at there speed to see things farther away.

    Note: speed of the portals don't apply to PVP.

    Please edit your skill to add in it's range in as shown in this example below and according to the sites pre-set range classification Close range 0-10 meters. Mid range, 15-25 and long range 30-40.

Usually one slash with a sword, or a really strong punch is all that is needed to destroy it. -I find something wrong here yes I understand and I am okay with a side that one person can't travel through and that is how you could destroy the portal by force but wouldn't that also apply to the edge of the face you could travel through? for example a horizontal sword swipe that begins out side the portal edge and comes into contact with it.

    - Ever portal has a range, so they can not go farther than that range away from Axel.

    okay before I approve I have one question. Since the side/edges of the tangible does that mean a person can grab hold of the portal and forcibly move it?

    you stated your elemental weakness, but you did not state your elemental strengths. Also remember you need to have an equal number of weaknesses and strengths.

If the spheres are so much as touched before they expand, they dissipate.

    - These spheres once expanded cannot separate any object from a part of itself, so it has to reach the entirety of an object to switch it over to the other sphere, for example, Axel can not separate a part of a ship from itself, and can only switch it over if he catches the whole ship in the sphere.

This way, Axel can see things far away from him, without having to move himself.

    - Axel can only create one sphere if he wanted to, making it so only one of his eyes are moving around, while keeping the other eye inside of his body, so that he can see in front of himself, and far away at the same time.

    Ability Lvl 1 Description: Axel forms from his body, four flat circle-shaped portals with a length of 1 foot in diameter. These portals are in pairs, and there is a number on the side of each portal that is not the "face." two portals have a 1 on them, while the other two have a 2 on them. any thing that goes through the "face" of a portal comes out of the "face" of the portal that has the same number.  Each portal can move around in the air or the ground, and can move at up to 2-6 every two seconds. The range that the portals can get away from Axel is 40 meters.  

    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
    - Axel moves the portals with his own mind, so if he becomes immobile, he could still move them.

    - The user can use these portals to avoid attacks, such as bullets, in which the bullets would go through a portal defending the user, and out of the other, and if the other portal's "face" was facing the enemies, the bullets would go right back to the enemies.

    - The portals can fly around at 2-6 meters every two seconds, allowing one to get to a certain location fast enough, and the user could jump through the other, allowing for him to cross long distances with having to run to the location himself.

    - These portals are good for long-range melee combat, in which Axel can punch through one portal, and his fist would come out the other, and punch an enemy on the other side.

    Ability Lvl 1 Type: Support Mid/Long Range 0-40 Meters

    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: Instant; 3 Post Cooldown

    Ability Lvl 1 Description: Axel forms, from his body, two purple spheres 2 feet in diameter. These spheres can move on ground and in the air with a speed of 2-6 meters every two seconds, and a range of 40 meters. By shutting both of his fists real tight, Axel makes both of the spheres expand to 10 meters in diameter at the same time, and anything caught within the expansion gets switched over to the other Sphere's location. Once the spheres have fully expanded themselves, the switch occurs in an instant, and the spheres dissipate, revealing what was switched. If the spheres are so much as touched before they expand, they dissipate.

    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
    - Axel moves the portals with his own mind, so if he becomes immobile, he could still move them.

    - Axel can use these spheres to transfer any person who is a threat in a certain position to a more level area that he can attack the enemy

    - These sphere can catch multiple people in them, and in some cases can be uses to save a bunch of people from an on-coming attack.

    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
    - These spheres once expanded cannot separate any object from a part of itself, so it has to reach the entirety of an object to switch it over to the other sphere, for example, Axel can not separate a part of a ship from itself, and can only switch it over if he catches the whole ship in the sphere.  

    - The spheres cannot instantly teleport to their destination, so the user would not always be able to escape a situation fast enough.


    - If a sphere is touched at all before it expands, it will dissipate.


    Ability Lvl 1 Name: Portal eyes

    Ability Lvl 1 Type: Support Mid/Long Range 0-40 Meters

    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 1 post Duration; 3 post Cooldown

    Ability Lvl 1 Description: Axel forms, from his body, 2 purple sphere-shaped portals 2 inches in diameter that can fly around at 2-6 meters every two seconds, with a range of 40 meters. Once the spheres have been made, Axel's eyes begin to glow purple, because his eyes have been partially transferred inside of the moving spheres. This way, Axel can see things far away from him, without having to move himself.

    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
    - Axel can only create one sphere if he wanted to, making it so only one of his eyes are moving around, while keeping the other eye inside of his body, so that he can see in front of himself, and far away at the same time.

    - Axel moves the spheres with his own mind, so if he becomes immobile, he could still move them.

    - The spheres can fly around at 2-6 meters every two seconds.

    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
    - In this state, Axel can only see through the moving spheres, so if they are far away from him, he will not be able to see in front of himself, or his surroundings.

    - If the spheres are touched, they dissipate, and Axel's eyes are transferred back to his own body.

    - The spheres cannot instantly teleport to their destination, so Axel would have to make them move with his mind at there speed to see things farther away.

    Note: speed of the portals don't apply to PVP.
