    Skill Name:Nikyu Nikyu no Mi
    Skill Type:Paramecia
    Skill Information:The Nikyu Nikyu no Mi is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that bestows its user the ability to repel everything they touch when they want, and is physically represented as paws on the user's palms, making the user a Paw Human. The paws are permanently engraved into the user
    Skill Strengths:

    • The first and foremost strength of the fruit is that the user is able to push virtually anything they want to touch (when he wants) and send it flying at an extremely high speed. This includes both tangible materials such as people and objects, and intangible materials such as air and the sensation of pain.


    • This power offers the user an incredible advantage in battle, allowing them to deflect any attack from the same rank as the user without problems and higher attacks he can still reflect but he still gets some of the pain. 50% for one rank above, 100% for two ranks.


    • They are also able to harness their abilities to perform offensive maneuvers, such as repelling the very air around them at very high speed. These attacks are so powerful that they can leave paw-shaped imprints in rock.

    Skill Weaknesses:

    • The regular DF weakness


    • While the user is able to deflect attacks, they can only do so by using their bare hands. If the user's hands are otherwise occupied, being caught off guard for instance, they will receive damage from an attack that could have been otherwise averted.


    • Only the paw-pads on the user's hands gain any advantage from this fruit, leaving the rest of the body exposed

    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 3 Post
    Ability Lvl 1 Description:Madara repels the air around him, sending a devastating shockwave toward his opponent at extreme speeds. The shock wave can travel directly through the body of the victim and continue into the distance, leaving paw imprints in its wake. Anyone and anything that is in the path of the blast receives serious damage. People with 20 more endurance than the users attack power.
    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:

    • Travels very quickly, making it difficult to dodge if not expected. It takes 20 reflex more than the users attack power to dodge this attack if not expected 10 if he/she is expecting.


    • As a air based attack, it is generally quite difficult to block


    • As a fairly simple attack, once it has been seen, there aren't really any mysteries left

    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:

    • As it travels in a straight line, once someone knows what to expect, it becomes easier to dodge. The opponent has to have 10 or more refex more than the user.


    • As a fairly simple attack, once it has been seen, there aren't really any mysteries left


    • While being fired, one of the users hands are occupied making them unable to block an attack.


    Ability Lvl 1 Name: Paw Shot
    Ability Lvl 1 Type:  Long Range (80 Meters as how far they can go)
    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 2 Post
    Ability Lvl 1 Description: Using a palm pad, the user repels the opponent into the floor, sending he/she flying swiftly towards the ground creating a paw shaped crater.
    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:

    • The opponent can either be repelled in an arch, so he/she can fall down and get more damage from it, or in a straight line towards another target like a large rock. These choices allow for some variation in attack depending on circumstance.


    • Instead of firing the target, such as a human in a straight line, the user could choose to make them skip creating many paw shaped craters but this hafls the distance and speed..


    • If the user sent a pile of, say, scrap metal flying, it could be used to provide a shrapnel cloud instead of a single large object in order to hit a wider area but this could be ineffective against a Logia

    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:

    • Generally doesn't work against Logia


    • Though they travel very quickly, any large single objects would be fairly easy to dodge, once spotted.


    • Though a shrapnel cloud would be much harder to dodge than a boulder, a single target would only get hit by a bit of it, and so would take less damage.


    Ability Lvl 1 Name: Paw movement
    Ability Lvl 1 Range: Long range (80 Meters)
    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 2 Post
    Ability Lvl 1 Description:Not actual teleportation, the user repels himself with a paw pad and is sent nearly instantly to a location between 60 and 80 meters away. The opponent has to have 25 more refex than the users speed.
    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:

    • This ability can be used to bypass hazardous or impassable terrain


    • The ability lets the user put a long distance between himself and an opponent

      • Also very good for avoiding strong attacks, if someone is aiming at one location, and then has their target suddenly around 80 meters in another direction, the attack is probably wasted, or at least thrown off.

      Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:

      • -If the user can't see the location they are sending their self to, or have an accurate idea of what it looks like, he may end up hurting himself upon landing


      • The user can only use this if their body has a physical path between the two points. They don't have to be able to move there normally (for example, through the sky), but if they were trapped inside say a dome, as their body can't exit the cage in the first place, they can't use this to get out.


      • Can't be used for short jumps, limiting the possibility of being useful for combat


      Ability Lvl 1 Name: Paw blockade
      Ability Lvl 1 Type: Close Range (0-1 meters)
      Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 2 Post
      Ability Lvl 1 Description:  The user places their palm pad in front of an attack, and sends it flying away from them at high speed. If the attack was made with a melee weapon, such as a sword, the weapon is sent flying out of the attackers hands unless they have at least 20 strength more than the user's strength (with 10 strength more their weapon is only knocked a short distance away). If they keep a grip on it, or are using a physical attack such as a punch or kick, they are sent flying unless they have at least 20 more endurance than the user's strength (with 10 endurance more they are merely sent a short distance).
      Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:

      • The user can disarm their opponent, forcing a weapons user to have to retrieve their weapon if they want to fight at full form.


      • If the user is strong enough to send their opponent flying, it can cause additional harm on impact, and gives the user time to launch another attack while their opponent recovers.


      • The user can redirect projectile attacks safely away from themselves, and their teammates.

      Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:

      • While they can determine the general direction to send something repelled with this ability, if they want to aim specifically, such as at a person, they need to have at least 50 finesse


      • Since it requires a hand getting in the way of an attack, if the user is caught by surprise they would have a harder time using it to defend compared to someone blocking with a sword


      • Unlike the other moves, this ability is relatively useless against an opponent that is stronger than the user


      Ability Lvl 1 Name:Paw Ascendance
      Ability Lvl 1 Type: Long Range (30-60 Meters)
      Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 4 Post
      Ability Lvl 1 Description: After touching the users paw pad to someone, they are sent flying to a location 30 to 60 meters away, and hit the ground leaving a large paw shaped crater.
      Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:

      • The user only needs the briefest of touches to trigger this, allowing them to potentially get out of a sticky situation


      • The user has the choice of causing the landing to smash the target painfully into the ground, dealing damage on impact.


      • The user can aim the impact zone, allowing them to aim for a hazardous area

      Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:

      • Because of the difficulty in aiming an arced shot at longer ranges, the user can only target a specific impact zone from 30 to 40 meters away. Any further distances are just aimed in a general direction.


      • As it can only be triggered up close, and requires a hand making contact with the target, the moment before uses is a potential opening for attack


        [*The repelling effect of this move means that the user is limited to aiming the target within a 180 degree range, meaning they cannot send someone in front of them to a location behind them. If the user desires a specific location to send them, they must first get into position to do it.

    General note- Up all the cooldowns. They are too low for such a powerfull DF. I know, it looks like I am nerfing it way too much but it is needed. The DF was desighed to be one of the strongest but on the site, we want to give everyone an equal change of winning in a fight, so we have to tone down the massive power. And these attacks are just rank one. You can destroy islands by the final rank, I promise. But for now, let's keep it decent in power. Not too great already.

    • And the last one is that it increases the power of punches and kicks of the user. -Always? By how much strength? Even without a buff?

    • since the DF could be wide spread he can hurt comrades in the process.


    • With a strong enough substance like seastone it could block the quakes.

    Ability Lvl 1 Description: literally cracks the air with a punch or kick and sends devastating shock waves through the air in the direction it is facing.
    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:

    • its wide spread so it can easily take down a ship or a building. -tone down the power just a bit, because this is still rank one. Also, tell more about the affected area, how big it is and stuff. Maybe give the power to this move the same number as your strength plus a bonus like I did with my Rankyaku moves.


    • If aimed at the ground it can cause a small earthquake.


    • It can also block an attack say if a Mera Mera user fires a fireball at Madara he can use this to block it out and maybe even hit him. -Make it block only energy based projectiles from devil fruit users and only if they are rank one as well.

    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:

    • Comrades can get caught in this. -This was a general weakness already. Please change this to a more specific weakness for this attack only.


    • If madara aims to close to him while firing this at the floor he can get caught in this himself.


    • A strong metal like seastone can block out the quakes. -Same as the first weakness


    Ability Lvl 1 Name:Gekishin
    Ability Lvl 1 Type: Melee
    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 2 Post
    Ability Lvl 1 Description: While using this the trademark white bubble appear around the fist of Madara. A close range strike of "Kaishin", causing severe damage. This attack can also be used as a somewhat defence like if he were to be frozen he could use this and sense vibrations cant be frozen he can block out the ice. -For how long will this stay active? For how many posts? Or will the bubble disappear after a melee attack?
    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:

    • It can cause more damage than Kaishin because of its close range. -how big is the stat strength and endurance buff for his hand in the bubble. Also, for every buff there is an equal debuff.


    • By stomping he can create quakes that can create small waves that can null DF powers. -Stomping what? Explain this point a little more


    • If on ground he can create cracks in the floor that can displace the opponent leading to attacks

    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:

    • Its not a range attack so Opponents can attack from afar.


    • If he gets splashed with water this can null the attack.


    • having a seastone shield or any seastone can block this attacks.

    Ability Lvl 1 Type: Melee
    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 2 Post
    Ability Lvl 1 Description: surrounds a sharp object with the same bubble to greatly increase its striking power and range. he can use this to cut the air and send a slice of a quake at the opponent. -Please add Stat buffs and debuffs and duration at the strengths and weaknesses. Also, this is not a melee attack it he can send something flying through the air at someone.
    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:

    • He is able to curve this slice but not by a large margin.


    • If he jabs he can send a quake bullet at the opponent. -How strong are the slice and bullet? What can stop them? How fast do they travel? How many endurance is needed to blovk them? How many reflex is needed to dodge them?


    • if the object is large enough he can spin it and create a shield -How large? And how strong will that shield be? What can break it?

    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses: -Change all the weaknesses please. They are or already the general weaknesses repeated or something the range already has covered. You can fill this up with durations and stat debuffs etc.

    • Comrades can get caught in this.


    • It doesn't go far so it can't snipe.


    • even if a nano piece of seastone touches this attack it disperses. -This one can stay by the way.

    Ability Lvl 1 Description: focuses his great power to a single point, otherwise known as a hypocenter (given the appearance of a bubble of sorts), to make a concentrated, explosion-like attack. Or he can use this as a spring to make big jumps -Explain a little more about the system behinde the jump and how high the max height is. also, where does this point appear? on his finger or just somewhere in an area at will? And how strong is the point stat-wise?
    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:

    • The concentration on a single point can cause serve damage especially if used on the head.


    • Its able to bypass armors and such. -only the weakest type of armor in two blows can be destroyed by the attack.


    • he can use this on the air to use as a kind of spring. -More explaination please

    • What pirate is gonna let Madara just grab him. -Not a real weakness? And I saw nowhere in this attack that a grap was needed.


    • He has to get close so he is open to strong melee attacks.


    • He is quite open to ranged attacks while he is grabbing someone. -Make it open for other attacks in general, not only ranged.


    Ability Lvl 1 Name:Oriāzubaburushīrudo
    Ability Lvl 1 Type: Defence

    Ability Lvl 1 Description: Madara surrounds himself in a bubble of the quake vibrates able to block attacks. With enough training he could be able to use this with other people in the bubble. -one other bperson can join him. Not more. And how strong is this bubble stat-wise. How strong of an attack can destroy this?
    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:

    • able to even block magma. -Able to block energy attacks from rank one twice, if they are not stronger than the amount needed to break the bubble.


    • if close enough he could damage the opponent with the vibrations. -How close? and it gives just a little damage and knockback.


    • He can disperse it causing vibrations to scatter everywhere leaving a crater and destruction around him. -Tone the power down just a little.

    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:

    • He is not able to move while using this.


    • Comrades can get badly hurt from this. -General weakness. Change it


    • And the last weakness is that if water is splashed on the bubble it will *pop* leaving Madara open for an attack. -Or seastone will pop it too. Maybe haki too?

    Ok im sorry but i've decided that the Gura Gura wasn't really right for me. Paw Paw is just right since i'm a defencive type of guy and the approve guy on here isn't really on and it isn't listed on the taken fruits that this is taken so it have taken moves from him but thats because I didn't know what type of moves to put on here. again so sorry

    Nothing is approved yet so it's oke to switch whenever you want. I switched a lot too. I had firebreath fruit and rock fruit before settling witht this solar fruit. The only thing that sucks about switching for the both of us is that my reviewing starts all over again, so review in process.

    Ability Lvl 1 Description:Madara repels the air around him, sending a devastating shockwave toward his opponent at extreme speeds. The shock wave can travel directly through the body of the victim and continue into the distance, leaving paw imprints in its wake. Anyone and anything that is in the path of the blast receives serious damage. -People with high endurance can shrug this attack off. But how high must this endurance be? Or how much higher than the attack power?
    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:

    • Travels very quickly, making it difficult to dodge if not expected -how much reflex must the opponent have over the user's speed to dodge this attack? Make a number for unexpected and expected dodges.


    • As a air based attack, it is generally quite difficult to block.


    • It can also block an attack say if a Mera Mera user fires a fireball at Madara he can use this to block it out and maybe even hit him. -explain this a little more.

    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:

    • As it travels in a straight line, once someone knows what to expect, it becomes easier to dodge -again, how much higher reflex than the user's speed stat.


    • As a fairly simple attack, once it has been seen, there aren't really any mysteries left


    • While being fired, one of the users hands are occupied, cutting their ability to use their fruit's defensive capabilities in half. -change this. The user is not able to block anything while firing this attack.


    Ability Lvl 1 Name: Paw Shot
    Ability Lvl 1 Type:  Long Range (80 Meters) -How is this long range since the user has to touch the objects to repel them?
    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 2 Post
    Ability Lvl 1 Description: Using a palm pad, the user repels any large object, sending it flying swiftly towards its target. -What for objects? Isn't this the core ability of this fruit? Make this ability more different.
    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:

    • The object repelled can be aimed either in an arch, so it rains down from the sky, or in a straight line towards the target. These choices allow for some variation in attack depending on circumstance.


    • Instead of firing a large object, such as a boulder, the user could choose to launch something much smaller, like a small rock or a nail for a faster and easier to miss the shot.


    • If the user sent a pile of, say, scrap metal flying, it could be used to provide a shrapnel cloud instead of a single large object in order to hit a wider area.

    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:

    • Generally doesn't work against Logia


    • Though they travel very quickly, any large single objects would be fairly easy to dodge, once spotted.


    • Though a shrapnel cloud would be much harder to dodge than a boulder, a single target would only get hit by a bit of it, and so would take less damage.

    Ability Lvl 1 Description:Not actual teleportation, the user repels himself with a paw pad and is sent nearly instantly to a location between 60 and 80 meters away. -This can be seen by people with high reflexes. How much higher must the reflex be over the user's speed. You can put this in the weaknesses
    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:

    • This ability can be used to bypass hazardous or impassable terrain


    • The ability lets the user put a long distance between himself and an opponent

      • Also very good for avoiding strong attacks, if someone is aiming at one location, and then has their target suddenly around 80 meters in another direction, the attack is probably wasted, or at least thrown off.

      Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:

      • -If the user can't see the location they are sending their self to, or have an accurate idea of what it looks like, he may end up hurting himself upon landing


      • The user can only use this if their body has a physical path between the two points. They don't have to be able to move there normally (for example, through the sky), but if they were trapped inside say a dome, as their body can't exit the cage in the first place, they can't use this to get out.


      • Can't be used for short jumps, limiting the possibility of being useful for combat


      Ability Lvl 1 Name: Paw blockade
      Ability Lvl 1 Type: Close Range (0-1 meters)
      Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 2 Post
      Ability Lvl 1 Description:  The user places their palm pad in front of an attack, and sends it flying away from them at high speed. If the attack was made with a melee weapon, such as a sword, the weapon is sent flying out of the attackers hands unless they have at least 20 strength more than the user's strength (with 10 strength more their weapon is only knocked a short distance away). If they keep a grip on it, or are using a physical attack such as a punch or kick, they are sent flying unless they have at least 20 more endurance than the user's strength (with 10 endurance more they are merely sent a short distance).
      Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:

      • The user can disarm their opponent, forcing a weapons user to have to retrieve their weapon if they want to fight at full form.


      • If the user is strong enough to send their opponent flying, it can cause additional harm on impact, and gives the user time to launch another attack while their opponent recovers.


      • The user can redirect projectile attacks safely away from themselves, and their teammates.

      Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:

      • While they can determine the general direction to send something repelled with this ability, if they want to aim specifically, such as at a person, they need to have at least 50 finesse


      • Since it requires a hand getting in the way of an attack, if the user is caught by surprise they would have a harder time using it to defend compared to someone blocking with a sword


      • Unlike the other moves, this ability is relatively useless against an opponent that is stronger than the user


      Ability Lvl 1 Name:Paw Ascendance
      Ability Lvl 1 Type: Long Range (30-60 Meters)
      Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 4 Post
      Ability Lvl 1 Description: After touching the users paw pad to someone, they are sent flying to a location 30 to 60 meters away, and hit the ground leaving a large paw shaped crater.
      Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:

      • The user only needs the briefest of touches to trigger this, allowing them to potentially get out of a sticky situation


      • The user has the choice of causing the landing to smash the target painfully into the ground, dealing damage on impact.


      • The user can aim the impact zone, allowing them to aim for a hazardous area

      Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:

      • Because of the difficulty in aiming an arced shot at longer ranges, the user can only target a specific impact zone from 30 to 40 meters away. Any further distances are just aimed in a general direction.


      • As it can only be triggered up close, and requires a hand making contact with the target, the moment before uses is a potential opening for attack


        [*The repelling effect of this move means that the user is limited to aiming the target within a 180 degree range, meaning they cannot send someone in front of them to a location behind them. If the user desires a specific location to send them, they must first get into position to do it.
