Tendo is very intelligent and talanted individual wich is why he is often described as a "gifted genious". There probably isn't a move that he hasn't planned before revealing it. Even if he needs to use his intuition, he would act carefully and non-the-less smart because of his great self-awareness. His thoughts/intentions are often being hidden behind an over-confident smirk on his face. He is very dangerous, and won't really bother killing anyone who are in his death list. Behavior/Habits: Tendo is known for his sarcastic humor and devilish-self (wich is why he's nicknamed "The Deciever"). When communicating with others, he will often use their nicknames, just because he finds it funny. Other than that, Kagerou is a gifted genius and great strategist. He likes gaining information for personal enjoyment, and will reveal it to others only if he feels like. During a fight, he would taunt and mouth-off enemies regardless of their power, and usually toy with them, causing them to 'release' their full potential. Even when he's playing with his opponents, his methods are quite dangerous, so he's not for being understimated, since he won't hesitate to kill wether he finds an opening. He also doesn't really care if he has a reason to kill or not, he just murders whoever is in his death list.
History: Ever since Kagerou remembers himself, he was alone and didn't had any parents. It was believed that his mother had to born him all by herself, in a graveyard area. His parents however gave their lives away because the island was under attack at that time, and they got murdered. Their child somehow survived untouched.
Tendo was a gifted genius, even when he was a small kid, he was smarter than anyone else, beating other kids at card games wether he wanted to take something cool from them, instead of stealing, because he knew that this would make him a coward, and he was better than that. He had a permit for using knife as a self-defence wether he would bump up into some kind of bullies, wich never really happened. He actually used it to gain advantage of others, and trained himself to become skilled with it, all by himself, making his own fighting style. He had to struggle and survive on his own, because he was rejected by others and was believed to be a "monster", spending his childhood alone, never trusting anyone, and crushing their dreams. He never stole anything and achieved it via challenging others at something, thus winning. At a proper age, Kagerou left his home island and joined the Marines, because at this time, he was a feared man, and he was all about bringing justice. However, he realised that even with him being so talanted, he still lacked power, because they were really fierce opponents he met out in the sea.
Kagerou had a mission while in the Navis. Since his pressence was still a mistery to the world, he had to get his hands on a dangerous item called "devil fruit" and bring it to them. Working under the Navis as a Marine Captain was very troublesome, as Tendo had to deal with pirates who were going up against them for some time. That is, until he got up against someone and found out that One Piece was real and existed somewhere, in wich he became more interested than anything, and he started to rebell against the government, wich was the inevitable and was bound to happen sooner-than-later. So Tendo got hunted down by the marines as if he was already a pirate and a major threat to them, and eventually, he ended up stuck into the corner. Originally he was supposed to bring the devil fruit to the Navis. Well, he got his hands on the requested item. However, he had to eat it, in order to defeat the marines who were standing in his way, killing them in the process. After this happened, he had no choise, but to quit the Navis. Since then, Tendo was documented on the newspapers and labled by the World Government under the nickname "The Deciever". His choises, however, were successful for him, since he compleated one of his motives while he was still weak, and that was to gain more power. What better way to achieve it, than rejecting any kind of humanity left in him and becoming a devil fruit user!? No matter what the price was, in the end, Tendo recieved what he wanted the most. Wether he still had some humanity left is a mistery.
