    Skill Name: Blood of the Sea
    Skill Type: Sea Stone Experiment
    Skill Information: Marks father was a marine, young and dedicated he gave himself over to a project to develop soldiers to fight the ever growing number of Devil Fruit users, that had gone pirate. This experiment attempted to imitate the wavelength generated by sea stone in natural life. It failed with several deaths, the project was in the end, shut down. During this time Mark was conceived and born. His father told of the tests on his death bed. Mark after his birth naturally developed the power they had wished to achieve.
    Skill Strengths:
    -With each contact a Sea-Blood drains -1 Power of a Devil Fruit users power (+2 per Lvl.) this maxes out at about -5 Power, and regenerates at 1 Power per post without being hit. (Maximum drain -20 Power)
    -The Sea-Blood protects from Devil Fruit effects of lesser opponents, based upon the differance in Lvl.
    0 Lvl.= -10 Power
    1 Lvl.= -20 Power
    2 Lvl.= -30 Power
    Skill Weaknesses:
    -Higher Lvl. DF users gain a +5 Power bonus per Lvl. above Mark they are.
    -The user takes a -10 to one random stat per 12 Posts, that they are not in contact with sea water
    -The user is immediately noticed by DF users, because his wavelength reacts with their abilities. (This means that every DF user involved immediately knows his position at any given time.)

    Lvl. 1:

    Ability Lvl 1 Name: Diamond in the Rough
    Ability Lvl 1 Type: Support
    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 3 Posts, Lasts 2 Posts
    Ability Lvl 1 Description: Using the Kairoseki, laced within the blood stream the user hardens the liquids in their bodies to the point that they take little to no physical damage from blunt force trauma.
    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
    -Protects the user from traditional muskets balls, and blunt forces attacks; (i.e. Fists, Clubs, Staves, etc.) This doesn't apply for slashing or stabbing attacks
    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
    -Slows the user by -5 Reflex due to the more thick nature of their bodies. (Only during duration.)
    -Leaves the user winded once the effect declines. Reduces Stamina by 5 (restores at 1 per post)

    Ability Lvl 1 Name: Water Wall
    Ability Lvl 1 Type: Support
    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 4 Posts, Lasts 3 Posts
    Ability Lvl 1 Description: This is a shield generated by the water in the atmosphere around the user. This uses the pyrobloin that developed naturally in the user to harden the water in the air to subconsciously protect the user, using their danger instinct.
    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
    -Protects the user subconsciously, blocking 2 attacks (of Lvl.) per post for its duration.
    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
    -Requires moisture in the atmosphere, so fighting in the desert this will not work
    -This causes bleeding damage, reducing Constitution by 1 each Post of Cool-down. (This regenerates at a rate of 1 each post afterwords)

    Ability Lvl 1 Name: Drownd Eye
    Ability Lvl 1 Type: Offence
    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 7 Posts
    Ability Lvl 1 Description: The user gazes intently at the target, and focuses their ocean wavelength into a targeted burst that debilitates enemies. The gazes effect changes dependent upon whether the target is a DF user or not. Non-DF enemies will feel like they are drowning, and are unable to act for 1 Post per 20 Power higher Mark has (60 knocks out enemy), DF-Users have their abilities nullified for 1 Post per same (60 means they cannot use their powers against him).
    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
    -Effects 1 person per 15 Power of the user (all must be in the same line of sight).
    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
    -Requires direct line of sight, cannot be used on anyone he cant "completely" see
    -Once this ability has effected someone they cannot be effected again for 14 Posts.

    Ability Lvl 1 Name: Cabin Fever
    Ability Lvl 1 Type: Nerf
    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 1 Thread
    Ability Lvl 1 Description: After releasing "Water Wall" a cloud of dissipating particles of Sea-Stone fills the air surrounding the wielder, and infects DF users. This ability activates like the Sea-Blood drain ability, but continues to count as a hit until the cap is reached.
    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
    -This effect stays until either the DF users stat scores permanently change, or it is cured by a high enough medical check.
    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
    -Effects all DF users within a 20 ft. radius, enemies and allies.
    -Fails if the DF users Constitution < 20 points lower than Mark's Power, and can be cured with a Intelligence score of 20 (+15 per Lvl. above 1)

    2 Lvl.= -30 Power <--- What about people who are stronger than you level wise? I hope this isn't stating that if you are 2 levels from your opponent, that you're stronger with defense, regardless of if they are up or down.

    -The user may never have a Devils Fruit power under any circumstances. <-- Not really a weakness. It's more of a throwaway. Improve upon this.
    -The user takes a -10 to one random stat per day, that they are not in contact with sea water <-- I don't think so, we don't even have full days in RP. You need to make that time frame follow post counts, rather than time.
    -The user is immediately noticed by DF users, because his wavelength reacts with there abilities. <--- Not a substantial weakness, being noticed isn't a weakness, especially when you take less damage. Replace this with something more devastating.

    -Protects the user from most bullet fire and hand to hand attacks <- Not specific enough for me, most bullet fire? Don't the bullets matter themselves? Hand to Hand Attacks? Aren't there exceptions. Be completely specific.
    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
    -Slows the user by 10% due to the more thick nature of their bodies <- Not substantial enough,, don't use percents, state how much of your stamina is reduced when you use this technique.
    -Leaves the user winded once the effect declines. <-- This one is vague, what does being winded matter? Are you therefore unable to act? Be specific as to what you can't do while winded.

    -Protects the user subconsciously, blocking 80% of damage for its duration <-- Denied. Be specific about what type of damage. 80% of damage regardless of the attacks attack rank? Get outta town. Not ever happening, this would be like a level 3 and even still it is too vague.
    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
    -Requires moisture in the atmosphere, so fighting in the desert this will not work
    -Functions on an instinct thus removing control from me. <-- Not a weakness, you can attempt to justify it as one, but it isn't. Replace it. Also if you are producing this from your body without a devil fruit you need to take actual damage from it. Considering you have to get the pyrobloin OUT of your body in order to do this. It needs a hindrance. You're not Gaara.

    -Protects the user from traditional muskets balls, and blunt forces attacks; (i.e. Fists, Clubs, Staves, etc.) This doesn't apply for slashing or stabbing attacks
    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
    -Slows the user by -5 Reflex due to the more thick nature of their bodies. (Only during duration.)
    -Leaves the user winded once the effect declines. Reduces Stamina by 5 (restores at 1 per post)

    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 4 Posts, Lasts 3 Posts
    Ability Lvl 1 Description: This is a shield generated by the water in the atmosphere around the user. This uses the pyrobloin that developed naturally in the user to harden the water in the air to subconsciously protect the user, using their danger instinct.
    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
    -Protects the user subconsciously, blocking 2 attacks (of Lvl.) per post for its duration.
    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
    -Requires moisture in the atmosphere, so fighting in the desert this will not work
    -This causes bleeding damage, reducing Constitution by 1 each Post of Cool-down. (This regenerates at a rate of 1 each post afterwords)

    Ability Lvl 1 Type: Offence
    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 7 Posts
    Ability Lvl 1 Description: The user gazes intently at the target, and focuses their ocean wavelength into a targeted burst that debilitates enemies. The gazes effect changes dependent upon whether the target is a DF user or not. Non-DF enemies will feel like they are drowning, and are unable to act for 1 Post per 20 Power higher Mark has (60 knocks out enemy), DF-Users have their abilities nullified for 1 Post per same (60 means they cannot use their powers against him).
    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
    -Effects 1 person per 15 Power of the user (all must be in the same line of sight).
    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
    -Requires direct line of sight, cannot be used on anyone he cant "completely" see
    -Once this ability has effected someone they cannot be effected again for 14 Posts.

    Ability Lvl 1 Name: Cabin Fever
    Ability Lvl 1 Type: Nerf
    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 1 Thread
    Ability Lvl 1 Description: After releasing "Water Wall" a cloud of dissipating particles of Sea-Stone fills the air surrounding the wielder, and infects DF users. This ability activates like the Sea-Blood drain ability, but continues to count as a hit until the cap is reached.
    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
    -This effect stays until either the DF users stat scores permanently change, or it is cured by a high enough medical check.
    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
    -Effects all DF users within a 20 ft. radius, enemies and allies.
    -Fails if the DF users Constitution < 20 points lower than Mark's Power, and can be cured with a Intelligence score of 20 (+15 per Lvl. above 1)
