    Skill Information

    Skills are your main combative abilities on this site. We do not allow passive abilities outside of the normal abilities allotted to all canon fighting styles and combat methods. Any and all things you plan to ever do with your skills have to be registered as an ability of the skill itself.

    Even if you use a canon fruit, you must use it in a custom manner. You are to make sure that you use the fruit like your character actually would use it, as opposed to how someone in canon actually used it. Your level of creativity with your skill relies on three different fields. Intelligence, Power, and Dexterity. More detail on this later.

    Furthermore, skills are not meant to make you god, each skill needs actual weaknesses that can be exploited by the right people. Failure to have any specific unique weaknesses to your fruit will equate to your application being denied. We do not accept overpowered and unbalanced applications.

    Below are some base-level guidelines for certain skill types we allow here. Be sure that you are not attempting to exploit loopholes, they will result in a denial as well. We are very unfair to people who justify their unfair game breaking methods by tossing out a "lack of rules" argument. Comply with the editing requests.

    Skills of any type can not have abilities that allow them to effect anything past 100 meters unless mastered. At mastered levels abilities can go up to 200 meters, so long as they are Level 3 abilities. In order to understand some basic gist of what what you can and can't do with certain skills as opposed to others, you must read the following mini examples below. We won't spell it all out for you. This is meant to give you a general idea.

    [ Veteran Pirates and their equivalents may have two Support abilities that give an overall statistical boost of +10 to one stat field. Legendary Pirates and their equivalents have two as well that give a statistical boost of 20 to a single stat of their choice as well. Experiment with these combinations as you please. Stat boosts have a time limit. -Does not apply to Support Type Skills]

    OVERALL

    • Be creative with your ideas. Do not repeat the same techniques over and over.
    • You are allowed to have two long range abilities if you specialized in short range-midrange. You are allowed one short range, if you specialize in long range to midrange.
    • At 200 power you're allowed to completely revamp your abilities, enhancing them

    to be more effective.

    Statistical Scaling
    0: No control over skill. Equated to being new with the skill, having no training or practice with the skill whatsoever.
    50: Able to partially control how your skill is used. You basically are able to defend yourself against attackers, and are able to fully take on opponents.
    100: Full control over skills basic abilities. You are no longer able to make stupid mistakes with your skill, however you don't have any actual strength behind your skill.
    150: Your skill is dangerous now, and you're known for your ability to wield the skill of your choice. Being recognized as a full practitioner of the skill. Everyone in the world knows you use this skill now.
    200: Your skill is impressive, you can take down massive groups of mobs in a flash [depending on their level] and you are known to be ruthless with your desired skill.
    250: Your considered a monster. Your power behind your attacks is at it's peak. But your'e lacking that final bit of artistic flair. Your utilization of the skill fully is nearly mastered.
    300: Full creative control over power. You're a master of the skill and everyone in the world knows it. They fear your skill with your chosen ability and remain cautious around you.

    0: Limb Transformations Only.
    50: Full Body Transformations.
    100: Can fully power custom vehicles with their element.
    150: Can produce vast amounts of their element at will, without draining.
    200: Can use other aspects of their element, example: Crocodile can drain moisture out of his victims.
    250: [Innate Dodging Ability activates. [Can't be shot by snipers.]
    300: Has max range on their abilities scope.
