    Skill Name: Rugī-Rugī No Mi (Short of Enerugī) ( Energy- Energy fruit)
    Skill Type: Paramecia
    Skill Information: This fruit allows for the user to control Potential and Kinetic Energy levels in and around him, thus allowing him to affect motion and output of his attacks and objects held by him. The skill is also heavily based upon energy transfer, since a fast transfer from Potential to Kinetic energy creates bursts(miniature explosions) of energy, which the user can use to augment his physical attacks and utilize the burst to affect intangible beings, as the energy transfer affects those intangible beings. The energy burst utilized by the user of this fruit is seen as a white-ish burst of light emanating from said user's intended body part. However, since motion and force output are being enhanced, the amount of force felt by the user is also enhanced, as every force has a reversing force felt by it. Therefore, if not used correctly, the user may be physically injured if the extension of the arm extends due to the skill, or something similar to that. The user also follows all laws of motion, and conservation of it.
    Skill Strengths:
    - Allows for enhanced movement
    - Allows for enhanced force
    - Energy levels can be controlled.
    Skill Weaknesses:
    - Risk of physical injury is greater.
    - Bursts are in a singular direction
    - Only applies to self and objects held by the user.
    - Requires motion to be used, i.e, without motion the enhancement cannot occur.

    Ability Lvl 1 Name: Motion Burst
    Ability Lvl 1 Type: Support
    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 2 Posts
    Ability Lvl 1 Description: This ability allows the user to increase his kinetic energy, thus moving at a faster speed in a singular direction, akin to dashing at an object. The user can dash in mid air as well, and can dash in any direction from his standpoint. The user can use this ability to dash till a maximum of 20 meters. The user dashes at a speed equivalent to 40 m/s.
    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
    - Increases Speed
    - Allows User to displace his position at any given point.
    - Allows user to use other abilities as well, while displacement occurs.
    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
    - Can only dash in a singular direction.
    - User remains open to counterattack while in motion
    - Motion can only be in a singular direction.

    Ability Lvl 1 Name: Burst Enhance
    Ability Lvl 1 Type: Melee
    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 2 posts, ability stays active for a post.
    Ability Lvl 1 Description: This ability allows the user to increase the movement speed and force through law of impact, on both their hands and legs. The user's limbs spurt out a white light every time they move with the enhancement as it is an outlet of the energy conversion. This ability is used for melee strikes, and the user cannot utilize this ability for enhanced movement, as each use of this enhancement is a burst of energy and thus is short lived. Every time an opponent gets hit by this melee enhancement, he will feel double the original physical pain and a heating sensation. For Devil Fruit users, they will feel the sensation of being hit by a strong man's punch. The laws of momentum apply to this burst, as it is just an enhancement of the original movement.  This ability also produces a strain on the user's body, causing them to reduce in speed of the same(i.e, physical combat) by 10% of their normal speed after this skill is used, till 3 posts are completed.
    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
    - Enhances speed and force of melee attacks.
    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
    - The burst cannot be used for movement of the whole body, i.e, no displacement apart from limbs. (The body will move at regular speed)
    - Produces a strain on the body lowering speed and endurance by 2.5 after the skill is used, till cooldown +1 post
    - User has to remain focused, thus cannot react to ambushes or attacks from the blind side during this ability.

    Ability Lvl 1 Name: Destructive Transfer
    Ability Lvl 1 Type: Melee
    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 3 posts for Organic, living objects, 1 post for non-living objects.
    Ability Lvl 1 Description: This ability allows the user to transfer KE to another medium by touch, causing the medium to absorb said KE and Thermal transfer, causing it's particles to gain more energy and loosen, or even break, the bond between them. On organic, living substances, the energy transfer causes a disarray of the skeletal structure/ organ directly beneath the point of touch, causing pain with a brief touch (equivalent to the feeling of a 3rd degree burn, however, there'll just be heating, and no burn) and breaking of particles with an extended touch (equivalent to bones and organs breaking/tearing.) In the case of non-organic materials, the particles will be loosened and/or broken, depending on the force of attraction between the lattices. Chemically harder materials will not break, such as reinforced steel and above, while all materials chemically less harder than that will break. As energy cannot be created or destroyed, only converted, the afflicted can release the absorbed energy by converting it to another from of Kinetic Energy within a span of 2.3 seconds (average time for energy to affect body) in order to negate this ability. As with every object in a trajectory which is affected by energy, this technique can also push objects in trajectory by redirecting them to another trajectory, provided they are tangible.
    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
    - Allows for trajectory change
    - Allows for an immediate offensive move
    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
    - Requires pre-existing KE
    - Cannot do anything apart from change the trajectory of objects which are in a constant motion frame.
    - The objects in trajectory will not break

    Ability Lvl 1 Name: Burst Enhance: Object
    Ability Lvl 1 Type: Melee
    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 2 posts, ability stays active for a post
    Ability Lvl 1 Description: This ability allows the user to increase potential and speed of any object in constant touch, thus allowing for faster strikes with increased potential. However, since the speed and potential of the object is increased, the strikes produced while this ability is in effect will require a proper follow-through( or the user will risk major injury), thus limiting the amount of strikes the user can perform in a specific time frame. The user will also not be able to thrust the object at this point, as it will create an inertial effect and cause an imbalance in the user's momentum. So the user will be limited to cutting and slashing only. This ability also produces a strain on the user's body, causing them to reduce in reflex and stamina of the same(i.e, usage of the object) by 5% of their normal speed after this skill is used, till 3 posts are completed. The weapon emits a faint white glow when this skill is active.
    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
    - Increases speed and potential of an object
    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
    - Limits number of strikes
    - Limits user to cutting and slashing
    - Produces a strain on the body lowering speed and endurance by 2.5 after the skill is used, till cooldown +1 post

    Ability Lvl 1 Name: Speed Increase
    Ability Lvl 1 Type: Support
    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 5 posts, ability stays active for 2 posts.
    Ability Lvl 1 Description: This ability allows the user to channel more energy and transfer energy faster in their own body, increasing their reflexes by 15 for the duration of the skill. This ability puts a massive strain on the body, reducing the speed and reflexes of the user by 2.5 for 3 posts once the skill duration is over, and causes the user to collapse if this ability is used twice in a row(not counting the cooldown time), as it will cause tears in the muscle frame of the user. The user's body emits a faint white light when this skill is active.
    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
    - Increases overall speed
    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
    - Puts a massive strain on the body after usage, decreasing speed and reflexes by 2.5 once skill duration is over
    - Causes tears and collapsing if used twice in a row.
    - The increase in neural speed will also need the user to remain completely in focus, and susceptible to ambushes or blind side attacks.

    Un-Approved. I see things that are very wrong with this app.

    The First thing i see wrong with this is the First technique-- 1 post cool down? That means you can travel all over the place 20 meters here and 20 meters there when ever you wish?--I think not. I would also like to see at least 3 strengths and 3 weaknesses for every Technique.

    Edited, but please do note the following:

    20 meters, in only a singular direction, is the minimal amount in a battle.

    The 3 Strengths to 3 weaknesses rule was made in order to ensure that the strengths didn't outweigh the weaknesses, but, in the event that the weaknesses are greater than strengths, this rule is to be excepted, as it would make even more sense to have 1 STR vs. 3 Weaknesses. This ensures that the ability does not become overpowered, as was the original reason the rule was put in place.
