Starter Island is the first island you cross almost immediately after starting your journey through the Divine Sea, and as Logue Town did before Grand Line this place works as a place of trade of all kind, the pirates, marines and revolutionaries of the sea keeping it alive. Many wondrous items can be found here, though may seem wondrous when you've only just started your journey through these waters, though they pale in comparison to what you'll find when you venture further.
Here you are able to restock and buy preparations to your venture. Its important to be prepared. Just like Grand Line and New World had their Log's you needed to navigate, same goes for this sea, that Log can be found here.

Everything stay squeaky clean with these guards always on duty. Speaking of squeaky clean, you wont find a more clean wrinkle free uniform then the ones these cadets wear with pride. They wear their marine baseball cap and a blue handkerchief on their neck.
Description:The marine are always on watch to see when any new arrivals land on the island and if so, what for. They take their duty very serious and are equipped with all kinds of swords,spears, maces and other form of extended weaponry.

However they mix it up with their own style and look. They are usually agitated because of the extreme hours of duty and no sleep. Giving them the look of a very tired person.
Description:These marines know what it takes to protect the watch. They are usually always followed by 1 or 2 cadets. These officer are high proficient in either swords or guns.

Appearance:This is one happy jolly fishman. He has a very large black beard that reaches his waist line and a set of white dreadlocks that reach above his buttocks. Saki is a cat fishman reaching the height of 6 feet. He is rather elderly and moves slow when not in combat. He walks with a silver cane that is made of sea stone.He is infatuated with wine and is always seen drinking it. He wears a very large white and blue marine officer jacket.
Description:The rear admiral is a well established champion of drunken boxing. It is crazy to believe such a old man is as swift and agile as he, however it is no joke. Many a pirates and bandits make their way to his island only to befall a miserable death for upsetting the ossan. He is usually tries to take it easy on people and just beat them with his cane. He is always followed by 1 Petty officers and 1 Cadet.
