    *Your skill is your primary combative prowess. It can be with the use of a devil fruit, swordsmanship, marksmanship, or martial arts. Your skill must have weaknesses with the obvious devil fruit weaknesses if you decide to be a devil fruit user. State obvious weaknesses such as being weak from close range or long range. Your skill must focus on one style such as close-range, mid-range, or long-range. However, it is possible to be able to use some mid-range abilities if you focus with close-range. So if you choose Close you're able to use 3 mid range and 1 long range, choose mid then you're able to use 2 close and 2 long, choose long and you're able to make 1 close and 3 mid range.

    *All players start off at the lowest rank of their affiliation (pirate/marine), having 5 “Level 1” abilities. Ranking up to the second rank allows you to have access to 5 “Level 2” abilities, and finally once you reach the final rank, you have access to 5 “Level 3” abilities. However, you can use all your abilities regardless of ability level once you reach the final rank. To make this simple for you, you start off with 5 abilities, each time you rank up you get 5 more abilities - with a total of 15 abilities. In the future you will be able to purchase more ability slots, and a moderator will add it into your application for you.

    *New* We now allow secondary skills! It functions in a very specific manner, you get a total of twelve secondary abilities under your secondary skill-set. Four “Level 1”  abilities, four “Level 2” abilities, and finally four “Level 3” abilities. Post your secondary skill template at any time, once it's approved you can not edit it. Secondary skill sets can be anything other than the same type as your primary skill set. [Unless you sacrifice the secondary to earn extra techniques for your primary of your current level.]  Your primary is allowed to be Devil Fruit, with a secondary of Rokushiki: [[Insert Specific Skill]]. Another example would be to have primary as Boxing, and a secondary of [Insert Sword Style]. If you are using Rokushiki, you can only use 2 out of the 6 styles allotted. No one can learn the final technique.
