    Skill Name: Gura Gura No Mi {Tremor Tremor/Quake Quake Fruit}
    Skill Type: Paramecia
    Skill Information: Gura Gura No Mi is a Paramecia fruit that allows the user to generate/manipulate massive vibrations, or shock waves, which can travel though virtually any medium, including the ground, the seafloor, or even in the air. The complete manipulation of said vibrating forces is what makes this fruit and it's user completely devastating.

    Skill Strengths:

    -One of the most important strengths of this fruit ability is that the vibrations can pass through any medium or substance regardless of it's composition and even logia users in intangible forms, and in the same sense can be pulled/pushed or absorbed from the same. When an opponent is affect but these vibrations they lose -10 in reflexes for 4 posts. (Not stackable)

    -Solid or heavily bonded structures/weapons/inventions can literally fall apart or become unusable when intense vibrations are applied to them. The quickest to fall apart being the hardest materials, the harder the material or bond the less ability it has to move or flex ... which in turn causes them to crumble under the force of the vibrations. The hardest material crumbling in one post and flexible material taking 2 posts, continual contact doesn't need to be applied. (Stone/Metals/Wood crack and fall apart easily when certain abilities are applied to them, every 30 pts of strength Roddo has increases the level of item/ability/skill that can be affected)

    -Using liquids and metals as a medium, Roddo can not only extend the range of his abilities by double; but he can also strengthen them by +10 in regards to strength. The liquid/metal would act as a tuning fork would with his Gura skills. This also means that liquid/metal type Logia are also affected more harshly than anything else, -10 endurance against against his attacks.

    Skill Weaknesses:

    - The obvious inability to swim in water, and the weakness to sea stone.

    -Roddo's abilities can very well affect people that he didn't mean to harm. In his current state of mastery over the fruit, one move can very well harm his allies as well as his enemies.

    -Have you ever been in an earthquake? Have you ever felt your hand after using a weed whacker for 20 minutes? Have you ever sat on a Dryer or used a Jack hammer? While these abilities are in use, everybody affected by them has a decrease in reflex ... it's hard to see straight; let alone move while everything about you is being rattled. Even though it affects him less, even Roddo is still affected by it. While things are being shaken up, Roddo's reflexes becomes -5 during for 2 posts until his bodies adjusts. (Not stackable)

    -Though his abilities are increased through the use of liquids and metals, the durabiity of such material are weakened with each use of his abilities in collaboration. Any metal that is used to increase his abilities become completely useless after 4 posts, and small bodies of water disintegrate within the same amount.






    Ability Lvl 1 Name: Denpatanchiki (Radar)
    Ability Lvl 1 Type: Mid-Range (40 Meters)
    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown:Lasts 4 posts, cooldown 5
    Ability Lvl 1 Description:Roddo pushes and pulls slight vibrations to and away in a radius from his body in a pulsing action. These vibrations are quite undetectable; the most keen sensors only getting a few hairs raised on the back of their neck. They allow the pirate to get a full layout of his surroundings in detail, the amount of people, their sizes, things they carry, and it allows him to track the movements of those around him.

    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:

    - This ability allows Roddo to completely dissect the movements around him, the direction, angle, force and etc. With that said; feints, and other said skills that are used to cloud the senses are practically void.

    -  The fact that this ability allows Roddo to basically see around him and get details of certain movements while it's active, it also allows him to react extremely faster than he would in any other situation (Increases his reflexes by 15) ... sometimes as though he may have predicted the move his opponent was going to make.

    -The closer a target is the more information he can pull from it, starting from 40 meters, every 10 meters closer reveals more and more. Outside 30 meters they're simply a blip on the radar without him looking, he can feel their presence the area they're within. Within 30 meters, a person would become slightly clearer, weight, height, and direction is easy to discover. Within 20 meters, gender, weapons, items, and a general idea of what they would look like if he isn't already looking at them. Within 10 meters practically all is revealed, the slightest movement in muscles can be detected, their exact appearance, any hidden weapons. If within his area of influence lies metal or liquid properties, the immediate surroundings within 10 meters of that would be revealed as though they were within 10 meters of himself. If he grasps/touches a target while this is in use there it'll be nothing he wouldn't know in regards to the persons body as the vibrations will practically resonate with the target entire being, by doing this he can get a rough idea of the strengths and weaknesses the person has. (Muscle mass, body % proportions, strong more than fast, high endurance, and etc but nothing definite)

    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:

    - While active, no form of weapon can be used by Roddo while this skill is in use without being destroyed after 1 use. Being the Epicenter of the vibrations causes things touching his skin to feel the ill affects of the multiple vibrations, thus destroying the things in his grasp.

    -After the ability is deactivated, Roddo can't use any of the abilities related to his fruit for a post. The constant pushing and pulling of the vibrations for that extended period of time causes them to be temporary unavailable to summon.

    - Sea stone, the void of this abilities existence. On a "radar", Sea Stone will literally create a "hole" in his information. For example, if someone has Sea Stone based gloves and they walk behind him it'll seem like they were amputated if he wasn't looking; causing him to misjudge a pending attack. 1 foot of the items surroundings will not exist on his radar, leaving information incomplete outside of what he can normally see.






    Ability Lvl 1 Name: Kyoushin (Resonance)
    Ability Lvl 1 Type: Close Range (Once activate is resonates about 4 millimeters from his body/appendage.
    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: Lasts 3 posts, cooldown 5
    Ability Lvl 1 Description: Instantly upon impact/touch of an opposing force, Roddo emits a compressed area of vibrations that resonates with the object/person in which impacted the area and himself.
    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:

    -This skill allows it's user to make contact with things that wouldn't normally be impossible, sharp edges, spiked edges, hot and cold substances, poisons, acids, and etc as if they matched each other. (ie: If a sword is swung and it hits my hand it will sound like it hit another sword, same with the rest of the compositions.)

    -The vibrations will resonate through whatever is touched by him during activation, causing said thing to weaken in strength (-15 Strength) for 3 posts. If touching an actual limb/person, that immediate area will numb, and if further contact is made (2 hits in same area), that area becomes paralyzed for 2 posts. Same goes for an appendage holding onto an resonated item (If you're holding a sword that is resonated, your hand will go numb ... picture hitting 2 metal bats together at full speed and how your hands will feel.)

    - The skills is virtually invisible, no more of sensing or instinct can detect it or it's vibrations which causes confusion within the opponent. The distance in which the vibrates resonate from his body is so small that it would seem like he's just simply touching said object with his skin.

    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:

    -Roddo can still take damage if the skill is strong enough, but it's effect would be normal (If a extremely stronger opponent swung a sword and Roddo was hit, he'd still feel the effect of the force/hit but he wouldn't be cut/burn/frozen/ etc) Opponent has to have +20 more Strength than Roddo's endurance for him to be affected by the force.

    -If one point of resonate on his body is hit more than 3 times, that area of his body will go numb for a post. If hit more than 5 in the same area, it will paralyze that area of his body for 2 posts.

    -After the ability is deactivated, Roddo suffers ill affects on his body, suffering a drop in his reflexes (-10) and a -5 drop in strength for 2 posts.




    Ability Lvl 1 Name: Hazumi (Rebound)
    Ability Lvl 1 Type: Close Range
    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: Lasts 1 post, Cooldown 3 posts
    Ability Lvl 1 Description: Roddo uses his ability to absorb potential vibrating energy from an opposing force into his body, stopping it in it's tracks only to rebound an increased amount of potential energy back toward the originator of the opposing force. The stronger the force applied, the stronger it is returned back as the vibrations are increased from within the body of the pirate and then released in similar fashion.
    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:

    -This skill allows Roddo to completely stop an attack, and return it to it's user 2 fold both in speed and strength.

    -This skill isn't restricted to blunt attacks only, for a even an attack with an edged weapon has vibrating energy that can be absorbed and diverted back in the same fashion. When diverted back, the energy can cut just like it would have it is wasn't stopped ... even if Roddo is unarmed.

    -This skill also affects abilities with unique affects, fire, ice and etc. Though it may not return the actual ability in some cases, upon being touched from Roddo it would be as though the ability itself was in his possession.

    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:

    -The vibrating energy that is absorbed from an opposing force cannot be held within his body for more than 1 post, if it is ... the damage to his body would be equal to 2x the damage that would of occurred if he never absorbed it.

    -An edged weapon can only be stopped from cutting if it is a swingin/slashing/stabbing force, if it's placed on Roddo and swiftly moved to cut ... the results would be normal. Same goes for any skill without potential force behind it ..

    -If the opposing force is more than 2 levels higher than Roddo's current ability, he must take on the full brunt of the attack in order for him to return force back to it's origin. If 1 level higher; the force is returned in the same matter in which is was stopped, same speed and strength/finesse applied. (When I say full brunt, I just mean an undefended attack. So If they swing to punch me in the face, I must allow the punch to hit me for me to return it back. I'm fine with that, and if I'm not mid-rp I just won't use the skill lol)



    Ability Lvl 1 Name: Chuuwa (Neutralize)
    Ability Lvl 1 Type: Mid/Close (20 yards)
    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 4 posts
    Ability Lvl 1 Description: Roddo holds out an open palm and swiftly closes his hand into a large fist, the results are a loud cracking and boom that vibrates throughout the area ... the intense vibrations are strong enough to interrupt and neutralize current movements. The vibrations cause sound wave pressure to become relevant in the air, causing the muscles to tense and function incorrectly for 3 posts. This neutralization allows the pirate to move faster than his surroundings during that time.

    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:

    -This ability neutralizes the movements in his surrounding (-10 Speed for opponents) and allows him to move at +15 his normal speed

    -This not only affects people, but the skills in which they can possess also. Any skill that has 'bonds' that can be broken, will dissipate as the vibrations separate what would have previously held them together. (ie: elemental structures, strings, solid, molecule based skills.

    -If within 10 yards of it's activation, the loud boom that is created disorients the vision and hearing of the targets. Similar to an explosion going off, the boom will causing vision to double and ears ring for 2 posts.

    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:

    -This ability not only neutralizes his enemies, but his allies as well unless they were properly prepared with a way to counteract it (Slim chance because it can vibrate through any medium).

    - While this ability is active, Roddo's strength suffers a -5 fallback, and the increase of speed gives his body something he isn't used to ... causing his endurance and finesse to also drop -5.

    - The affects of the crackling boom also rings/vibrates Roddo's eardrums, causing his ears to ring and disorients him for a post



    Ability Lvl 1 Name: Toho Jishin (Walking Quake)
    Ability Lvl 1 Type: Close Range
    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: Lasts 3 posts, cooldown 4
    Ability Lvl 1 Description: Roddo's main fighting style, one that is seen more than any of the others. Toho Jishin allows the pirate to apply his shockwaves to his hand to hand combat, punches, kicks, grapples, any impact with the opponent will have unique affects. Each appendage is covered in a transparent bubble that is filled with a shockwave/quake that is released upon impact and reforms on said appendage, the strength behind his attacks are increased and the shockwave can easily blow back opponents. Each shockwave affecting those within 10 meters of it's release ...

    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:

    -Each impact counts as 2 hits, the first impact is of normal stature and 1 second after there is a second hit whether or not contact is continually made or not. The delayed shockwave is +15 in regards to Roddo's strength and can be applied to an opposing forces weapon as well as their body.

    -Even if an attack misses, the bubble can be left midair and discharged as a shockwave from wherever it is left; catching the most keen of opponents off guard.

    -If used upon the head area of the target, the target will suffer from double vision, extremely dizziness that affects their balance. They also lose their ability to see depth and judge distance for 2 posts. (Your head being shook at those speeds would cause extreme disorientation)

    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:

    -Despite being one of Roddo's main fighting styles ... it's range is extremely limited which doesn't leave him much room when it comes to being on the offensive.

    -Though this ability lasts 3 posts, if used more than 5 times within those 3 posts .. the cooldown is doubled.

    -Each appendage used in contact  with the target will numb, causing the strength of that appendage if used again to drop -5

    Alright this is free to use and check again given that you don't go full canon but thats a thing on every fruit.

    Now you need to add so that your actual skill has 3 strengths and weaknesses minimum.

    Also you need to tone down your ability quite alot, I get that take is quite original but the ammount of finese it would take to for an example understand the vibration that is sent back to you takes alot to say the least, you're a rookie Pirate just starting to get to learn your abilities and grow, so try simpler stuff, its not like you've gone with some int to explain the complex stuff.

    Coold down wise you need to strech the ammount of down time out so there is a longer one, or else you'd be able to ru around in full spam. Also tone down on the power alot like the Rebound send an attack back two fold no matter the attack? so if a Rank 3 came swinging at you it'll just be repelled? thats a no go, I hope you're getting my point...

    To be honnest to figure this the ability to shake things is hardly anything on its own you need power to create stronger attacks and that power is not something a level one has not saying your shake is limited to making awesome smoothies but you can't go almost whitebeard level moves style (I know you ain't thowing tsunami's but I'm also referring to the hand to hand style which by my understanding is much alike Whitebeards which is something you just can't do yet.

    Lastly when adding stats to an attack try to add some kind of deduction of stats in weakness.

    Any questions then feel free to ask, if I've misunderstood your powers then I'm up for debate about it aswell.

(I dont like the double the strength so take that part out. i do like the Liquid/metal element users part though, you can keep the -10 when facing off against Liquid or Metal element users.)

(I like this, but i dont like the passive of it, you would need a tech that does something like this. Keep the -5 to the user but take out the rest and add it to a strength of this fruit. take out that -20 though. ill allow a -10 for 4 posts only and after that it wouldnt effect the target. if you do add the -10 reflex for 4 posts to your strength i would like something of equal value in your weaknessess. i also want you to add another weakness to balance out that Metal and Liquid thing you have going on. In your first weakness put Sea Stone, The sea, sea Salt, Ect. )

    One more Weakness
    (if you are going to have a Stat strength of -15 on targets then i want to see a greater weakness. such as -20 stats to you after the technique is done with for 2 posts. these stats can be -10 endurance, -10 strength, you can split them up. but i want to see a greater weakness.)

If 1 level higher; the force is returned in the same matter in which is was stopped, same speed and strength/finesse applied. (The problem i have with this is you would take pretty much full damage from higher levels, depending on the stats and stuff. so i would make this technique say "Works on Same level users and below." something like that.)

    Ability Lvl 1 Description: Roddo holds out an open palm and swiftly closes his hand into a large fist, the results are a loud cracking and boom that vibrates throughout the area ... the intense vibrations are strong enough to interrupt and neutralize current movements. The vibrations cause sound wave pressure to become relevant in the air, causing the muscles to tense and function incorrectly for one post. This neutralization allows the pirate to move faster than his surroundings during that time.

    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:

    -This ability neutralizes the movements in his surrounding (-10 Speed for opponents) and allows him to move at +15 his normal speed(Need to up the Cool Down to 4 if you want to use stats like these.)

    -This not only affects people, but the skills in which they can possess also. Any skill that has 'bonds' that can be broken, will dissipate as the vibrations separate what would have previously held them together. (ie: elemental structures, strings, solid, molecule based skills. (The cool down needs to be 4 if you want to use a strength like that.)

    -Third Strength

    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:

    -This ability not only neutralizes his enemies, but his allies as well unless they were properly prepared with a way to counteract it (Slim chance because it can vibrate through any medium).

    - While this ability is active, Roddo's strength suffers a -5 fallback.(Need a greater weakness to be balanced with the strengths.)

    Ability Lvl 1 Description: Roddo's main fighting style, one that is seen more than any of the others. Toho Jishin allows the pirate to apply his shockwaves to his hand to hand combat, punches, kicks, grapples, any impact with the opponent will have unique affects. Each appendage is covered in a transparent bubble that is filled with a shockwave/quake that is released upon impact and reforms on said appendage, the strength behind his attacks are increased and the shockwave can easily blow back opponents. Each shockwave affecting those within 10 meters of it's release ...

    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:

    -Each impact counts as 2 hits, the first impact is of normal stature and 1 second after there is a second hit whether or not contact is continually made or not. The delayed shockwave is +15 in regards to Roddo's strength and can be applied to an opposing forces weapon as well as their body.



    -Even if an attack misses, the bubble can be left midair and discharged as a shockwave from wherever it is left; catching the most keen of opponents off guard.

    -Another Strength

    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:

    -It's range, despite being one of Roddo's main fighting styles ... it's range is extremely limited which doesn't leave him much room when it comes to being on the offensive.

    -Though this ability lasts 3 posts, if used more than 10 times(I would say 5 times. since this is pretty OP as a Level 1.) within those 3 posts .. the cooldown is doubled.

    -Another weakness. Balance out the stats.

    Hazumi (Rebound) : The "no matter how strong" part was explained in weaknesses, that's why I left it there but I removed it now.

    Weakness: I want it that way because it'll create an actual weakness, I'd have to take damage to return damage from someone stronger. It'll be a choice though, I'm obviously not going to use this skill against someone who can punch my head off with one swing. Stats still matter in the exchange, but I just can't "guard" it ... so if someone aims to punch me in the stomach I can tighten my abs but I have to take the attack. Taking damage and surviving is more interesting than just blocking and dodging all the time.

The hardest material crumbling in one post and flexible material taking 2 posts, continual contact doesn't need to be applied. (Stone/Metals/Wood crack and fall apart easily when certain abilities are applied to them, every 30 pts of strength Roddo has increases the level of item/ability/skill that can be affected)(So it is able to effect level 2 and 3 weapons, As in breaking them??? and you only need 90 strength to do so? --Dont like this very much. I understand where your coming from but breaking someones level 2 or 3 weapon is a no go. Even at level 1 you are unable to break a level 1 weapon without having a higher level weapon.)

    -Using liquids and metals as a medium, Roddo can not only extend the range of his abilities by double; but he can also strengthen them by +10 in regards to strength. The liquid/metal would act as a tuning fork would with his Gura skills. This also means that liquid/metal type Logia are also affected more harshly than anything else, -10 endurance against against(Take out one of these Against) his attacks.

    Skill Weaknesses:

    - The obvious inability to swim in water, and the weakness to sea stone.

    -Roddo's abilities can very well affect people that he didn't mean to harm. In his current state of mastery over the fruit, one move can very well harm his allies as well as his enemies.

    -Have you ever been in an earthquake? Have you ever felt your hand after using a weed whacker for 20 minutes? Have you ever sat on a Dryer or used a Jack hammer? While these abilities are in use, everybody affected by them has a decrease in reflex ... it's hard to see straight; let alone move while everything about you is being rattled. Even though it affects him less, even Roddo is still affected by it. While things are being shaken up, Roddo's reflexes becomes -5 during for 2 posts until his bodies adjusts. (Not stackable)

    -Though his abilities are increased through the use of liquids and metals, the durabiity of such material are weakened with each use of his abilities in collaboration. Any metal that is used to increase his abilities become completely useless after 4 posts, and small bodies of water disintegrate within the same amount. (That are owned by you. and not others material, or else it would be a strength.)

    Ability Lvl 1 Description:Roddo pushes and pulls slight vibrations to and away in a radius from his body in a pulsing action. These vibrations are quite undetectable; the most keen sensors only getting a few hairs raised on the back of their neck. They allow the pirate to get a full layout of his surroundings in detail, the amount of people, their sizes, things they carry, and it allows him to track the movements of those around him.

    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:

    - This ability allows Roddo to completely dissect the movements around him, the direction, angle, force and etc. With that said; feints, and other said skills that are used to cloud the senses are practically void.

    -  The fact that this ability allows Roddo to basically see around him and get details of certain movements while it's active, it also allows him to react extremely faster than he would in any other situation (Increases his reflexes by 15) ... sometimes as though he may have predicted the move his opponent was going to make.

    -The closer a target is the more information he can pull from it, starting from 40 meters, every 10 meters closer reveals more and more. Outside 30 meters they're simply a blip on the radar without him looking, he can feel their presence the area they're within. Within 30 meters, a person would become slightly clearer, weight, height, and direction is easy to discover. Within 20 meters, gender, weapons, items, and a general idea of what they would look like if he isn't already looking at them. Within 10 meters practically all is revealed, the slightest movement in muscles can be detected, their exact appearance, any hidden weapons. If within his area of influence lies metal or liquid properties, the immediate surroundings within 10 meters of that would be revealed as though they were within 10 meters of himself. If he grasps/touches a target while this is in use there it'll be nothing he wouldn't know in regards to the persons body as the vibrations will practically resonate with the target entire being, by doing this he can get a rough idea of the strengths and weaknesses the person has. (Muscle mass, body % proportions, strong more than fast, high endurance, and etc but nothing definite)

    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:

    - While active, no form of weapon can be used by Roddo while this skill is in use without being destroyed after 1 use. Being the Epicenter of the vibrations causes things touching his skin to feel the ill affects of the multiple vibrations, thus destroying the things in his grasp. (That are owned by him- or else it wold be considered a strength)

    -After the ability is deactivated, Roddo can't use any of the abilities related to his fruit for a post. The constant pushing and pulling of the vibrations for that extended period of time causes them to be temporary unavailable to summon.

    - Sea stone, the void of this abilities existence. On a "radar", Sea Stone will literally create a "hole" in his information. For example, if someone has Sea Stone based gloves and they walk behind him it'll seem like they were amputated if he wasn't looking; causing him to misjudge a pending attack. 1 foot of the items surroundings will not exist on his radar, leaving information incomplete outside of what he can normally see.






    Ability Lvl 1 Name: Kyoushin (Resonance)
    Ability Lvl 1 Type: Close Range (Once activate is resonates about 4 millimeters from his body/appendage.
    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: Lasts 3 posts, cooldown 5
    Ability Lvl 1 Description: Instantly upon impact/touch of an opposing force, Roddo emits a compressed area of vibrations that resonates with the object/person in which impacted the area and himself.
    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:

    -This skill allows it's user to make contact with things that wouldn't normally be impossible, sharp edges, spiked edges, hot and cold substances, poisons, acids, and etc as if they matched each other. (ie: If a sword is swung and it hits my hand it will sound like it hit another sword, same with the rest of the compositions.)

    -The vibrations will resonate through whatever is touched by him during activation, causing said thing to weaken in strength (-15 Strength) for 3 posts. If touching an actual limb/person, that immediate area will numb, and if further contact is made (2 hits in same area), that area becomes paralyzed for 2 posts. Same goes for an appendage holding onto an resonated item (If you're holding a sword that is resonated, your hand will go numb ... picture hitting 2 metal bats together at full speed and how your hands will feel.)

    - The skills is virtually invisible, no more of sensing or instinct can detect it or it's vibrations which causes confusion within the opponent. The distance in which the vibrates resonate from his body is so small that it would seem like he's just simply touching said object with his skin. (I dont like the Virtually invisible part, take that out and take out no one can sense it.. there is always someone that can sense something.)

    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:

    -Roddo can still take damage if the skill is strong enough, but it's effect would be normal (If a extremely stronger opponent swung a sword and Roddo was hit, he'd still feel the effect of the force/hit but he wouldn't be cut/burn/frozen/ etc) Opponent has to have +20 more Strength than Roddo's endurance for him to be affected by the force.

    -If one point of resonate on his body is hit more than 3 times, that area of his body will go numb for a post. If hit more than 5 in the same area, it will paralyze that area of his body for 2 posts.

    -After the ability is deactivated, Roddo suffers ill affects on his body, suffering a drop in his reflexes (-10) and a -5 drop in strength for 2 posts.

    Ability Lvl 1 Type: Close Range
    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: Lasts 1 post, Cooldown 3 posts
    Ability Lvl 1 Description: Roddo uses his ability to absorb potential vibrating energy from an opposing force into his body, stopping it in it's tracks only to rebound an increased amount of potential energy back toward the originator of the opposing force. The stronger the force applied, the stronger it is returned back as the vibrations are increased from within the body of the pirate and then released in similar fashion.
    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:

    -This skill allows Roddo to completely stop an attack, and return it to it's user 2 fold both in speed and strength.

    -This skill isn't restricted to blunt attacks only, for a even an attack with an edged weapon has vibrating energy that can be absorbed and diverted back in the same fashion. When diverted back, the energy can cut just like it would have it is wasn't stopped ... even if Roddo is unarmed.

    -This skill also affects abilities with unique affects, fire, ice and etc. Though it may not return the actual ability in some cases, upon being touched from Roddo it would be as though the ability itself was in his possession.

    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:

    -The vibrating energy that is absorbed from an opposing force cannot be held within his body for more than 1 post, if it is ... the damage to his body would be equal to 2x the damage that would of occurred if he never absorbed it.

    -An edged weapon can only be stopped from cutting if it is a swingin/slashing/stabbing force, if it's placed on Roddo and swiftly moved to cut ... the results would be normal. Same goes for any skill without potential force behind it ..

    -If the opposing force is more than 2 levels higher than Roddo's current ability, he must take on the full brunt of the attack in order for him to return force back to it's origin. If 1 level higher; the force is returned in the same matter in which is was stopped, same speed and strength/finesse applied. (When I say full brunt, I just mean an undefended attack. So If they swing to punch me in the face, I must allow the punch to hit me for me to return it back. I'm fine with that, and if I'm not mid-rp I just won't use the skill lol)(Excellent. now take out the Parenthesis. )

That is more like a level 2 or 3 technique. If your going to have +75 stats you will need to balance it out with a weakness equal to it and have a wayyyyyyyy higher CD.)

    -This not only affects people, but the skills in which they can possess also. Any skill that has 'bonds' that can be broken, will dissipate as the vibrations separate what would have previously held them together. (ie: elemental structures, strings, solid, molecule based skills.

    -If within 10 yards of it's activation, the loud boom that is created disorients the vision and hearing of the targets. Similar to an explosion going off, the boom will causing vision to double and ears ring for 2 posts.

    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:

    -This ability not only neutralizes his enemies, but his allies as well unless they were properly prepared with a way to counteract it (Slim chance because it can vibrate through any medium).

    - While this ability is active, Roddo's strength suffers a -5 fallback, and the increase of speed gives his body something he isn't used to ... causing his endurance and finesse to also drop -5. (this is only a +15 to your weaknesses. it does not balance out. )

    - The affects of the crackling boom also rings/vibrates Roddo's eardrums, causing his ears to ring and disorients him for a post

    -If used upon the head area of the target, the target will suffer from double vision, extremely dizziness that affects their balance. They also lose their ability to see depth and judge distance for 2 posts. (Your head being shook at those speeds would cause extreme disorientation)

    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:

    -Despite being one of Roddo's main fighting styles ... it's range is extremely limited which doesn't leave him much room when it comes to being on the offensive.(How close exactly?)

    -Though this ability lasts 3 posts, if used more than 5 times within those 3 posts .. the cooldown is doubled.

    -Each appendage used in contact  with the target will numb, causing the strength of that appendage if used again to drop -5 (I want something that will effect your entire body. -20 endurnace for 3 posts-- -20 intelligence for 3 posts-- -20 finesse for 3 posts.. something big to balance out the skill.)



    I think that is all i can see for now. i will check it out once more when you have corrected and balanced out stuff. Keep in mind that these techniques are like level 2 techniques and so there should be a lot of drawbacks and balancing because of the power being gained by them..
