It's clear too see that Luciana was blessed with only the best genes from a line where selective breeding reigned supreme. Even if she got " bad genes " She couldn't be called ugly in any way shape or form. From the way she upholds herself it's also pretty easy to tell that she grew up in very respectable conditions. Her posture and movements command respect while expressing  grace, all the while still being able to give off an air of childlike innocence and wonder.

Luciana's body type is that of the petite variety. She is a small, dainty figure with subtle curves and proportions proper to her height and weight. Standing a little taller than four feet, she is little short for her age though it makes little difference compared to other races who may be quite large or even smaller than she. Luciana has very little visible muscle mass giving her a very fragile appearance. Her skin is a clean cream color with pink undertones from the healthy flow of blood, also giving her a peachy color. Luciana's upbringing allowed her body to be treated with such care that her skin is soft to the touch and bares no blemishes, scars, or bruises. Being of the winged race she has small wings that protrude from her back. Her wings are only two feet in size and her feathers are a pure, thick, soft white. She can move them but thats's as far as that goes seeing as they cannot lift her to fly. Her wings are always set on display, except for when she must go into water.

Atop of her round head, heavenly golden blond locks fall like a waterfall far past her back and to her knees. Luciana rarely has her hair down and likes to keep it in pigtails ( twin tails ) with either bows, hair clips, or whatever hair accessory fits her wants for the day.    Her hair is straight with one hair that sticks up from the top of her head that she cant control no matter what she does. Her face is more of a heart shape and she has slightly defined check bones.  When people look at Luciana usually the first thing they notice ( if not her hair ) is her eyes. Gorgeous globes of sea-foam/jade green sparkle like the clearest of waters, so much that one could swear they see stars in her eyes. Her eyes give off a welcoming, overly joyous gaze and one can ( almost ) never say no to them. Just below her eyes she has a small nose that turns upwards ever so slightly. Her lips are small as well but full and when she grins one can see her pearly whites and her unusually sharp left canine.

For clothing attire, Luciana wears whatever she pleases and no amount of rules changes that for her. Though she does like the marine attire she would rather give it her own twist and is frequently seen wearing dresses in the Marine colors with all the trimmings to signify what faction she stands by.

Personality:
Being brought up in a family full of corrupted yet seemingly perfect marines had so much of an effect on Luciana that it wouldn't be too far off the grid to say she was bred for her personality. Upon meeting the young girl she is first and foremost a bubbly and overwhelming happy child. She has an eerie yet undeniable charisma about her that has a tendency to dull some into a false sense of security. Her outlook on life is surprisingly grim and twisted for one of her age, but then again her upbringing may very well play a part in that. Luciana does not trust anyone and sees everyone as a tool to be used even if she is under someone else's orders. In her eyes no one is an innocent and to her death has no face so if someone gets caught in the crossfire she could honestly care less.

When it comes to social interaction Luciana outshines most with her
" beyond her years " conversational pieces. Her ability to understand the things around her is so great that she has the ability to break the fourth wall, which she does quite  frequently. She can always read the mood but chooses to keep that overly and eerie sunshine disposition even when faced with grim circumstances or well just situations that are inappropriate for it. Luciana only displays one emotion on the surface, happiness. When she displays any other emotion it's always to the very extreme, yet she always seems to be able to keep a smile on her face. Though in order to get her to display other emotions one has to dig real deep in her skin to bother her, even In the face of an enemy she is overly sweet and happy.

Luciana does what she wants, when she wants, and she doesn't need a reason to do it. It's amazing that she can even stand to be under anyone's authority. She is very loyal to her families wishes and does what is best in their eyes. A fun loving and adventurous girl with psychotic or rather murderous tendencies she won't think twice about pulling the trigger on someone even for the smallest of things. Being rude? She'll shoot, Don't like her dress? She'll shoot? Not cooperating? Better believe she will shoot at you. Let it be noted that Luciana is not one to have a person die quickly, no she likes to see the suffering faces of those she has targeted and enjoys even more to taunt them while they suffer. Though if the tables were turned and she were on the opposite end she isn't above begging for her life, that is until she realizes that she won't get any mercy. When under uncontrolled situations such as that her true persona comes out, that of a foul mouth little heathen who is selfish in a she does.

In a nutshell... Or two.

Luciana demonstrates a very childish and cheerful behavior. She is always seen smiling, and acts, on the surface, very friendly with everyone, demonstrating excessive intimacy towards those she feels close to. Luciana  is a free spirit and will do whatever she wants according to her whims. Her often bubbly behavior masks a very sociopathic individual, and she has a high degree of sadism. When she finds herself injured or out matched, she drops her usual cheery front and becomes more frantic and aggressive.

Motivations:
What motivates her is the will to live and to carry out her families wishes and bring fame to the family name. Not much else can motivate an already self motivator.
Fears:
1. Being restrained weather it be behind bars or a hug that's too long the hopeless feeling of not being able to get away is a most dreaded feeling. Even in her duties if she can't do what she wants when she wants it's not gonna work.

2. Clowns; The thing that is suppose to make people happy brings absloute dread to Luciana. She can't understand why but being around clowns gives her this awful feeling and she can't get away from them fast enough...That or just try to outright kill the problem.

3: Death: let's face it, death is not something most people want to go through. But when you'll do anything to live even throw out your own morals well then the fear has truly set in and the will to survive has just increased like ten-fold it's almost scary what some people will do to live.
Behavior/Habits:
1. Out of pure boredom and even just because she can't control herself, Luciana will start up pointless and ridiculous arguments. These arguments may go either way with a winner but usually because she won't let a losing battle go, Luciana wins because the latter usually gives up.

2. When meeting new people or when seeing anyone approach her, Luciana will reach for her gun without even thinking. She'll just put her hand on it and grip it, not really pulling it out until the person has been confirmed to be safe. She even does this to her own family members.

3. Luciana has a fascination with hair accessories and changes them every moment she feels like it needs to be changed, which is quite frequently. She does this so quickly that one noticing would never see her do it but know for a fact it had been changed.


History:

Luciana was born as the youngest into a very large family of thirteen. With eleven elder sisters and the eldest being her twin brothers, she had never lack any type of love and became the sponge for them to push all of their knowledge and teachings into. Her father was a very respected man in the Marines becoming an admiral and doing great deeds in the name of the works government. Her mother before she met her father was a pirate, the worst of the worst and when I say worst I mean best. The two met because Luciana's father, Cortez was up to his underhanded shady business and her mother, Gloria was just happened to be caught up in it. Of course the two made sparks fly when Cortez put the smooth moves on Gloria, but little did he know that he would meet his match and the two fell in love. From that moment on Cortez made a taken woman outta Gloria and had her settle down. The two immediately went to work on having children. In the time that Gloria was popping out children, Cortez would go off for those months and do his duties as a Marine, only coming back to see the birth of his children and watch them grow till they were about five or so and then he would be off. Cortez had very strong genes and so Gloria found herself popping out more than one child at a time. All the children were taught about marine life and was expected to become one to bring great fame to the Cortez name. Around the twelfth child the two decided that they would stop having children because Gloria couldn't possibly go through another child birth and the family was big enough already. So years went on and the family did great, with training the children and telling stories and one day.....

Now to say that everyone was surprised but Cortez because he secretly wanted more children was a little less than accurate. Everyone was ecstatic to have a new edition. They all prepared for the child and when they found out it was a girl, and one without another sibling they showered, no drowned her in love and affection. She was named Luciana and she wanted for nothing because she got everything she could desire. For once Cortez did not want his child to become a Marine, but upon hitting the age if five Luciana wouldn't hear of it. She was his little princess but she was every bit of her mother and he couldn't say no. Growing up she was out through the most rigorous training and when it was all said and done she favored the gun as her choice of weapon.  Though she took on her mothers look, Luciana was every bit of her father.. The good and the bad. She would harass those she felt lower than she and all with a smile on her face, but she was the example of the perfect little girl in the eyes of those higher than her. Upon hitting the age of eleven she was able to join the ranks of the Marines by her fathers recommendation. And thus.... Our story begins...
