Dressrosa is a luxurious island with palm trees, a pool, and a large Spanish-styled castle with a mixed appearance of a wealthy mansion. The Island is located not too far away from Punk Hazard. The place is ruled by a king, making it part of the union of Kingdoms through out Grand Line and New World, not that they are allies with eachother but their king take part of the summits.
-Acacia: A port town in the kingdom, and also the capital. This town is full of living toys. The crime rate is very high because the women there are extremely beautiful, but also extremely temperamental, and they often stab to death the men that betray them. This place contains locations such as: The Royal Palace, Oikawa Cafeteria and Lover's Alley.

-Corrida Colusseum: Is a giant colusseum loacted in the town of Acacia, it is the pirde of their entertainment. Great Tournaments are held here, for the joy of the people and the sport of the participants. (Note:Entrance to fight here is located here, though you can still Rp as a spectator)

Description: Richard Does what he wants, when he wants to without any consideration for others. However, even though he does want he wishes without consequence his people still love him. He is Very intelligent and quick on his feet.
