Rylan's Secondary Skills (W.I.P)

(Yes they're supposed to be three since I already used 6 on my primary.)

Skill Name: Goro Goro no mi
Skill Type: Logia
Skill Information: The Goro Goro no Mi Devil Fruit that allows the user to create, control, and transform into electricity at will, making the user a Lightning Human
Skill Strengths:
- Water since lightning conducts water +10 strength when fighting against someone with water element type.
- The user can merge with solid matter (like gold or wood) for defense or travelling purposes.
- The user is able to manipulate the volt and amps at will, by doing so he's aware of his surrounding increasing what he can hear.
Skill Weaknesses:
- Rubber since rubber is a natural insulator. -10 strength when fighting someone with rubber
- Seastone, Haki and and seawater render my abilities useless.
- According to the elemental chart, lightning is also weak to Earth.

Ability Lvl 1 Name: Lightning Blade
Ability Lvl 1 Type: Close Range ( 0 - 5 meters)
Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: It lasts 5 posts cooldown is 7 posts
Ability Lvl 1 Description: The user manipulates the lightning around his arm to create two blades. The size of the blades is the same size as a regular Katana, the size of the blades can grow up to 3 meters.
