    Skill Name: Penki Penki no Mi
    Skill Type: Paramecia
    Skill Information: The Penki Penki no mi is an orange sized fruit with swirls of all the colors on it. The power of the fruit lays in its creation of paint of all kinds acrylic, oil, and spray paint to name some examples. The colors created by the fruit also have varying effects on allies and opponents. They can either buff or debuff opponents if the paint is smeared on them. Effects can be subtle or blatantly obvious such as a torrent of paint slamming an opponent in the face.

    Skill Strengths:

    -Allows the user to create and manipulate paint at will for varying effects. The user can create any color and any paint ,such as acrylic, oil, and spray, under the rainbow.

    -Not only can the aspects of paint be controlled, but similar to Ms.Goldenweek psychological effects can take place such as depression, anger, or happiness to confuse an slow down opponents.

    -The wielder of the fruit is immune to most of their own fruits effects.

    Skill Weaknesses:

    -Standard devil fruit weaknesses(Seastone, Sea salt and the Sea.).

    -Paint remover/thinner works well against many techniques.

    -Many affects can be washed off if the victim is quick enough.


    Level One Techniques:


    Ability Lvl 1 Name: Color change
    Ability Lvl 1 Type: Support/Debuff
    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 2 post cooldown. Only one affect can be activated every two rounds.
    Ability Lvl 1 Description: With control over paint the user can effectively change the color of her paint. The paint's color has varying effects on a victim or ally. The color change can be used on paint after its been smeared on by Ann's staff, limb, or a paint tech. The effect length varies by color.

    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:

    -Puke Green: Causes the victim to heave for a 1 round preventing them from attacking. Work's only once per victim a thread.

    -Robin's Egg Blue: Once smeared on an opponent the victim feels calmer and less inclined to harm the anyone. -5 power for one round or until the paint is removed.

    -White Bull's Eye: Once smeared on an opponent the victim has a target on them making it easier for others to hit them. -5 reflex for one round or until the paint is removed.

    -Red Rage: Grant the user or an ally a +5 boost to strength for one round or until the paint is washed off.

    -Caution Orange: Grants an ally or the user a +5 boost to stamina to help them move faster. Allows them to escape more readily from danger or rush in and end a fight quickly. Lasts one round.

    -Camouflage paint: The Penki Penki user uses a wide variety of paint to effectively camouflage themselves or an ally from enemy sight. This lasts until it's washed off, but isn't very effective if the target of the ability is moving or in an environment that doesn't match the colors.

    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
    -The colors have to be on a victim or ally to work, just seeing them will have no effect.

    -Paint thinner will nullify the effects.

    -Rain causes the paint to run lessening the duration to a minimum of one round.

    -The paint leaves a noticeable scent, so even when camouflaged from sight someone with a good sense of smell can find someone under the effects of camouflage paint.

    -If the paint gets on someones clothes they can remove the article of clothing and be free of the effects.

    -The larger the target the more paint will be needed for a tech to work. For instance a giant will need a large splotch of paint three feet wide on them for the skill to be effective.

    -Useless against foes underwater.

    Ability Lvl 1 Description: The fruit user can either thrust their palm forward or open their mouth ,if they wanna be sneaky, and a highly pressurized torrent of paint will spew forth to bowl an opponent over.

    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
    -This strong blast of paint can knock most human sized opponents off their feet and coat them in paint leaving them open for attacks via the color of the paint. An opponent of human size can be knocked back five meters.

    -It can also be used to help the wielder add a bit of distance to a jump.

    -Coats the victim in flammable paint if the user so chooses.

    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
    -Has only a seven meter range and a strong knock back. If not properly centered Ann will fly back a meter or two.

    -It's recommended for the user to be firmly planted on the ground when attacking or they may lose their footing

    -The flammable paint may backfire on her if countered by a strong fire based attack.

    Ability Lvl 1 Name: Oil painting
    Ability Lvl 1 Type: Field effect
    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: Lasts 3 Posts. CD: 3 posts
    Ability Lvl 1 Description: With a thrust of both their palms the user unleashes a large wave of oil paint over the ground. The paint is very slick and fast movement is restricted down to a crawl if someone doesn't want to slip. The oil paint is also flammable and can be used in combo attacks to deal massive pain to an opponent.

    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
    -On a solid surface suck as a street or deck of a ship the paint lasts awhile and makes a hard to pass obstacle.

    -If the fruit user or an alley wants to combo with a match it turns into a deadly trap rather than a inconvenience.

    -It takes three rounds to dry on its own. Slipping in the paint covers the victim in a color leaving them open for attack.

    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
    -If used on dirt or grass it's not as slick and can be traversed much easier than on another surface since the paint is being sucked up.

    -Lasts only 3 rounds and is half as slick on mentioned surfaces. Is washed away in rain and only lasts one round on aforementioned surfaces.

    -The user can also have the flammable trap turned against them.

    Ability Lvl 1 Name: Choking paint Fumes
    Ability Lvl 1 Type: Ranged support
    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 3
    Ability Lvl 1 Description: The user exhales a cloud of spray paint that lasts two rounds and is ten meters wide in diameter. The spray paint burns the eyes and lungs making it rather unpleasant to be caught in.  

    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
    -A good stall tactic and if the user holds a flame near where the paint it being expelled they have a flamethrower with a range of five meters for one round.

    -Being caught in the cloud covers you in the clouds color.

    -Being caught in it blinds a person for one round ,provided they don't just stand in it, and decrease constitution by five if they inhale the fumes for two rounds. If an opponent closes their eyes they blind themselves so it's a hard technique to counter.

    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
    -It's large cloud of gas, strong winds can blow it away.

    -It also tells enemies where you are provided they are paying attention.

    -The gas can be ignited so it can be dispersed via explosion.

    Ability Lvl 1 Type: Melee
    Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 2 posts
    Ability Lvl 1 Description: The user forms a hand like a blade and sprays paint at a incredibly high velocity to make a blade of paint. The blade is two feet long and capable of hurting almost as well as a blade. It functions like a water saw used in jewel craft since Ann is constantly spraying paint at a high velocity from her finger tips.

    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
    -Can easily catch opponents by surprise and it can last up to one post. Sprays paint at a high velocity for one round.

    -It also puts paint into a cut causing a burning sensation for added pain that lasts 1 rounds and causes a drop in constitution for the duration. -5 constitution.

    -Can be used with both hands at once.

    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:

    -The blade can't block metal weapons, but can cut through wood.

    -Flesh wounds can only be an two inches deep despite the blade length.

    -Keeping the constant stream leaves a trail of paint easily tracked to Ann.

    So, Each skill must have at least 3 strengths and 3 weaknesses. and you may only have 5 Level 1 techniques for your primary and then when you do your secondary you will be able to have 4 Level 1 Techniques.

    Before I start going through techs is there a way to combine them into one tech. For the five color effects couldn't those be combined into one effect? I just have to choose which color before hand and then the effect takes place if it hits.

    Its all up to you to decide if you want to try and combined them. Just make them Level 1 Techniques and not God Techniques or anything like that. Razz

    -It also puts paint into a cut causing a burning sensation for added pain that lasts 2 rounds and causes a drop in constitution for the duration. -5 constitution.(Again, it could only last up to one Post with the cool down the way it is.)

    -One more weakness (Make it an elemental weakness that it doesnt work on because you are working with stats in one of the strengths. Balance it out.)

    Ability Lvl 1 Description: The user exhales a cloud of spray paint that lasts two rounds and is ten meters wide in diameter. The spray paint burns the eyes and lungs making it rather unpleasant to be caught in.  

    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
    -A good stall tactic and if the user holds a flame near where the paint it being expelled they have a flamethrower with a range of five meters for one round.

    -Being caught in the cloud covers you in the clouds color.

    -Being caught in it blinds a person for one round ,provided they don't just stand in it, and decrease constitution by five if they inhale the fumes for two rounds. If an opponent closes their eyes they blind themselves so it's a hard technique to counter.

    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
    -It's large cloud of gas, strong winds can blow it away.

    -It also tells enemies where you are provided they are paying attention.

    -The gas can be ignited so it can be dispersed via explosion.

    Ability Lvl 1 Description: The user forms a hand like a blade and sprays paint at a incredibly high velocity to make a blade of paint. The blade is two feet long and capable of hurting almost as well as a blade. It functions like a water saw used in jewel craft since Ann is constantly spraying paint at a high velocity from her finger tips.

    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
    -Can easily catch opponents by surprise and it can last up to one post. Sprays paint at a high velocity for one round.

    -It also puts paint into a cut causing a burning sensation for added pain that lasts 1 rounds and causes a drop in constitution for the duration. -5 constitution.

    -Can be used with both hands at once.

    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:

    -The blade can't block metal weapons, but can cut through wood.

    -Flesh wounds can only be an two inches deep despite the blade length.

    -Keeping the constant stream leaves a trail of paint easily tracked to Ann.
